SHEPHERDS PIE
1lb turkey mince
4oz mushrooms (sliced)
1 onion (chopped)
1 carrot (chopped)
1 1/2lb swede (mashed)
1 chicken stock cube
seasoning
Pre-heat oven to 200c or gas mark 6. Put turkey, mushrooms, onion and carrot into casserole dish with stock. Sprinkle on seasoning. Cover and cook for 35mins. Cover with mashed swede and crisp under grill for approx.10mins. Serve with fresh vegetables.
