SEAFOOD RECIPE
8 oz cod fillets (cubed)
2 oz peeled prawns or shrimps
7 oz very low fat natural fromage frais
2 egg yolks
4 spring onions (chopped)
1 level tsp cornflour
chopped parsley
seasoning
Place fish and onions in dish, cover and microwave for 2-3 mins on high. Leave to stand for 4 minutes. Put in casserole dish and add the prawns/shrimps. Beat the egg yoks with cornflour, seasoning and fromage frais. Pour mixture over fish and spinkle with parsley. Place under a hot grill and cook until browned. Serve with green vegetables. |
