Only do the ones you are comfortable with ! PAIN when doing exercises is NOT a good thing !

Lying Hamstring Stretch

Lie on your back with both knees bent. Put hands behind your right knee and pull it to your stomach, then straighten the leg slowly ! Hold for about 10 secs. Repeat with left leg. Repeat 3 or 4 times with alternate legs.

Lower back stretch

Lie on your back with both knees bent. Put hands behind both knees and pull your knees as far as you can (without straining) to your chest. Keep your head and shoulders on the floor. Hold for about 10 secs and repeat 3 or 4 times

Lying Abdominal Curl

Lie on your back with both knees bent. Place your arms across your chest, breath in and then breath out as you lift your head and shoulders approx. 2ins off the floor, and come back down. Repeat 4 - 8 times.

Alternative :-
I have bought a Slendertone Flex machine and haven't looked back. Although initially expensive, it is definitely worth it in the long run. I noticed a difference in as little as 7 weeks. And the great thing is, it doesn't aggravate my back.
