PRAWN PATE

10 oz peeled prawns
8 oz low fat cottage cheese (natural)
seasoning

Place prawns in blender and mix until prawns are mashed. Add the cottage cheese and mix until creamy. Season to taste and put into serving dish. Chill in fridge and serve with crudites of raw vegetables. Great for parties.
