MINCE MEAT RECIPE
1 1/2 lb mince meat
Medium Onion (chopped)
2 cloves of garlic
2 carrots (chopped)
2 large mushrooms(chopped)
2 stock cubes
Dry fry the mince and drain off ALL fat. Put into an ovenproof dish and add the chopped carrot, mushroomsm onion and garlic. Mix stock cubes with a pint of water and pour over the mince. Place top on dish and put in the oven on Gas Mark 4 for approximately 45 mins.
Serve on bed of beansprouts or pasta.
