MEATBALLS
Sauce
14oz can of chopped tomatos
2 chopped onions
1 tbsp tomator puree
1/2 tsp Candrel
pinch grated nutmeg
Meatballs
1lb lean minced beef
1 egg (beaten)
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 level tsp cumin
1 clove garlic
seasoning
Put all sauce ingredients into a pan and bring to boil. Simmer for 10 mins.
Place meat, garlic, cumin, parsley and seasoning into mixing bowl. Mix well. Add egg and mix. Divide into approx. 20 portions and mould into balls. Add to the tomato sauce. Cover pan and simmer for 30mins. Serve hot with vegetables.
