SAUSAGES
1lb turkey meat
1lb lean pork
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
pinch of ground cloves
Put all ingredients into a food processor/liquidiser and blend until smooth. Mould into sausages. Dry fry, bake (oven 200c gas mark 6) or grill until cooked. Serve either with fresh vegetables or a green salad. |
