CHINESE CHICKEN
8 oz skinned cooked chicken (diced)
1 large tin of beansprouts (drain)
4 oz mushrooms (sliced)
1 large onion (chopped)
3 tbsp soy sauce
seasoning
Firstly, fry the onion in the soy sauce. Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Add chicken and beansprouts and heat thoroughly. Serve either with green vegetables or green salad. |
