Scripture for the day: The Word of the Lord is Tried
Psalm 18:30 As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the Lord is tried:
he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.

II Sam.22:31 As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the Lord is tried:

Matthew 13:3-23 About the seed sown by the wayside.......

The Word that you read and hear are what make you strong. If you don't
stand on that Word, the enemy can steal it from you and you will fail.
Sometimes we have to go through trials over and over until we get it right.
Isn't it amazing that we are so dense sometimes and don't realize this?

[I remember reminding my daughter that it was like school and when she passed the test
then she would go on to greater things.
So often, she had to go through similar tests and when she would realize it was a test
then she would stand and it never reoccurred again.]

If the Word gets stolen from you then there is nothing to make you strong.
Too often, we rely on our own strength and we are told not to lean on the arm of flesh.

IIChronicles 32:8 With him is an arm of flesh; but with us is the Lord our
God to help us, and to fight our battles. And the people rested themselves
upon the words of Hezekiah king of Judah.

Psalm 56:4 In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I
will not fear what flesh can do unto me.

II Corinthians 7:1 Having therefore, these promises, dearly beloved, let us
cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting
holiness in the fear of God.

Galatians 2:16; Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law,
but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ,
that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law:
for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

Galatians 2:20; I am crucified with Christ; nevertheless I live; yet not I,
but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live
by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Galatians 5:16; This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not
fulfil the lust of the flesh.

Galatians 6:8-9 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap
corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life

we shall reap, if we faint not.

men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

Ephesians 2:3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in
the lusts of our flesh, fulfulling the desires of the flesh and of the
mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

Let God's word make you strong. Read it and study it meditate on it. Stand
on it in the face of adversity. Remember: Nothing happens to you but what
is "Father Filtered". He will not put more on you than you are able to
bear.

The Word in you is being tried. YOU CAN MAKE IT. Give Him All The Glory.
Stand Faithful! Be True!

Heavenly Father, I give you praise! Your Word is my strength. I know that
you are watching me and you know everything that is happening to me and my family.
You have allowed this test to come my way so I can stand on the Word I have hidden in my heart.

Grant me grace to stand. I may not understand everything right now
but I know that your ways are higher than mine and I trust you.

You will filter everything before it is allowed to come my way
because you said you wouldn't put more on us than we can bear.
Thank You for doing this for me. I know that I can trust you!

Thank you for what your Son went through so I could have this privilege of
calling on you. I love you. AMEN
