Cheats and Hints 1.CODES FOR SNOWBOARD KIDS ALL TRACKS, BOARDS, AND CHARACTERS CODE To start with all the extra tracks, boards, and the hidden character, put in the following code at the "start" screen (where you can select start, lesson, or option): Joy Stick Down, Joy Stick Up, D-pad Down, D-pad Up, C-Down, C-Up, L, R, Z, D-pad Left, C-right, Joy Stick Up, B, D-pad Right, C-Left, and last press Start. If you did it right you'll hear a kid saying "Yeah!" 2.CODES FOR SNOWBOARD KIDS 2 ALL KIDS, BOARDS AND LEVELS At the Title Screen, press Z, B, top C, Down on the Control Pad, Left on the Control Stick, Right on the Control Stick, Up on the Control Pad, R, Z and A. If you have entered the sequence correctly, Damien will cackle and twirl off screen. All the characters are only available in Battle mode. All the courses will be available in Story mode. Select "Start Game," not "Load File." LEVEL SELECT To choose your starting level enter the password THEEARTHMOVED. MASTER CHEAT BOBBYBIRD PEN AND INK MODE For Turok's famous "pen and ink" mode, enter the password PLANEARIUM. UNLIMITED AMMO For unlimited ammo, enter the password FATTERKNACKER. VIEW CREDITS To view the credits, enter the password "screwyouguys". 4.CODES FOR SPACE STATION: SILICON VALLEY BONUS GAME On the Zone Select screen, press Down, Up, Z, L, Down, Left, Z and Down. You should hear a tone. Now enter any zone, then exit and return to the Zone Select screen. From this screen a hidden bonus game that's a cross between Asteroids and Defender arcade games will appear. UNLOCK LEVELS GO to the Bank Selection Screen and enter the Control Pad and button sequences to unlock all the levels in a given world. Or, if you need a breather, hold the A or B button while the DMA intro screen is playing to view one of two alternate sequences. EURO EDEN Up, Down, L, Z, Down, Up, Z, Down. CELEBRATION PARADE Up, Down, L, Z, Down, Right, Z, Down. 5.CODES FOR STAR WARS: EPISODE I: RACER ENTER A CODE To enter code, select an empty file, then press and hold the Z button while you scroll through the letters as if you were entering your initials. Spell out the code words by pressing the L Button to confirm each letter, then highlight End and press L. PLAY AS JINN REESO After earning Mars Guo's Podracer, select an empty save file. While holding the Z Button, enter the name "RRJINNRE" by highlighting each letter with the Control Stick and selecting with the L Button. When finished, highlight "END" with the Control Stick and press the L Button. If you've entered the cheat correctly, the word "OK" will appear in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Name the new file "A," then re-enter the save file where Mars Guo was earned. Jinn Reeso will now be available. DUAL CONTROLLERS Entering this cheat will allow players to race using two Controllers. Select an empty save file. While holding the Z Button, enter the name "RRDUAL" by highlighting each letter with the Control Stick and selecting with the L Button. When finished, highlight "END" with the Control Stick and press the L Button. ACTIVATE CHEATS After entering the RRJABBA and RRTHEBEAST codes, you must activate them with the Cheat Menu. To access the Cheat Menu, pause a race with the Start button, then press Control Pad Left, Down, Right then Up. Once you've highlighted a cheat, press the A Button to change its yes/no variable. ALMOST INVINCIBLE Entering this cheat will keep your Podracer from being damaged under regular race conditions. Select an empty save file. While holding the Z Button, enter the name "RRJABBA" by highlighting each letter with the Control Stick and selecting with the L Button. When finished, highlight "End" with the Control Stick and press the L Button. Note: Once entered, the cheat must be activated on the Cheat Menu before you can use it. MIRROR TRACKS Entering this cheat will allow you to race on a mirrored version of any track in the game. Note: This will only mirror the track you are on--to mirror all tracks, take first place in all Tournament mode races. Select an empty save file. While holding the Z Button, enter the name "RRTHEBEAST" by highlighting each letter with the Control Stick and selecting with the L Button. When finished, highlight "End" with the Control Stick and press the L Button. Note: Once entered, the cheat must be activated in the Cheat Menu before you can use it. TAUNT THE TRACK FAVORITE This code allows players to watch their Podracer confront and trade insults with the track favorite before the race begins. Note: This only works in the Tournament mode. In the Tournament Main menu, highlight "Start Race" with the Control Stick, hold the Z Button, then press the A Button to select. Note: If your Podracer is the track favorite, this will not work. SHOW CREDITS This code allows players to view a photo of the team that designed this game. Take first place in all Tournament mode races, then activate the mirror courses in the Track Info Screen. When the Title screen goes into demo mode, press Up-C. 6.CODES FOR STAR WARS: ROGUE SQUADRON VIEW GAME CREDITS At the Passcodes Menu, enter CREDITS RADAR Enter RADAR at the Passcodes screen and your radar screen will display brighter or dimmer targets. The brighter ones are at higher altitudes than you, dimmer targets are lower than you. ACE Makes the game harder DIRECTOR Go to the movies... CHICKEN Activates AT-ST mini game. HARDROCK Once the code has been entered, wait for the demo to play, and when you return to the title screen, Luke will have a new face. FARMBOY: Activates the Millennium Falcom in certain missions. IGIVEUP: Grants infinite lives. MAESTRO: Activates "Concert Hall" in the showroom, accessible from the options screen. TIEDUP: Activates the TIE Interceptor on most levels. The FARMBOY code must be activated for this code to work. TOUGHGUY: Activates all Imperial Technology. Level Select: Type DEADDACK in the passcodes to get all levels including the three bonus levels. NABOO FIGHTER To access the sleek fighter, type in HALIFAX? as your Passcode, select Enter Code, then type in !YNGWIE!. Select Enter Code again, and you'll have full access to the Naboo Starfighter. To disable the fighter type HALIFAX? as the first Passcode, then enter in any word you'd like as your second Passcode. LOWRIDER V-WING Enter KOELSCH as the Passcode to chnge the V-Wing into a convertible lowrider. 7.CODES FOR STAR WARS: SHADOWS OF THE EMPIRE DEBUG MODE This code grants you access to a multitude of menu options: Get all stuff Invincibility 50 lives Put villains to sleep Kill Dash Teleport Change levels Walk through walls Activating this menu also unlocks all levels. Here's how to invoke this difficult, and rather obscure, code: 1. As with other cheats, use a game where the player's name is "_Wampa__Stompa" (the underscores are spaces). Remember, there is ONE space before Wampa and TWO spaces between Wampa and Stompa. Also, the W in Wampa and the S in Stompa must be capitalized. 2. Begin playing on any level of the game, and pause the game. 3. Hold down ALL of the following: all C Buttons, Z, L, R, and Control Pad Left (that's the digital cross-pad on the left side of the Controller). 4. While holding all of those down, push the Analog Control Stick HALFWAY to the left, and hold it until you hear a "donk" sound (about five seconds). 5. Repeat, but hold the Control Stick halfway to the right, waiting until you hear the "donk" sound. 6. Repeat again to the left, again to the right, and again to the left. 7. Pink text should appear at the top of the screen. Use L and R to change options. Some options require pushing the Control Stick Up and Down to change. Press A to activate them. 8. To get the cheat menu back, pause the game, then hold down all the buttons used in Step 3 above and move the Control Stick Left or Right. Note: Using these options might get you stuck in the game. Weird stuff WILL happen. BECOME A WAMPA, AT-ST OR SNOWTROOPER Start a new file, and make sure your Controller is on the Traditional setting. Enter your name as "_Wampa__Stompa." Note: the _ are spaces. There is one space before Wampa and TWO spaces before Stompa. Make sure you are entering the words in the proper case. The first letters of Wampa and Stompa are capitalized, but all the other letters are lowercase. To switch between upper case and lower case letters, press the R Button while entering your intials. After you correctly enter this name, you can activate the following codes during game play: To Drive an AT-ST: Play through the Battle of Hoth until the AT-STs appear. Press Left on the Control Pad (not the Control Stick) and the right C Button simultaneously and then press Up on the pad. Now press right C to scroll through the game views. The over-the-shoulder view of your snowspeeder will be replaced with an over-the-shoulder view of an AT-ST! Use the Control Pad to steer and press Up on the pad to fire. You can control the AT-ST in a general way, but it will fire at everything in its path. To Become a Wampa: Play on the Medium difficulty level or harder. In the Escape from Echo Base stage, press Left on the Control Pad and the right C Button simultaneously and then press Up on the pad. Use the right C Button to switch between Dash and the wampa. As the wampa, press Left, Right and Up on the Control Pad to move, and press Down to swipe at enemies. To Become a Snowtrooper: In Echo Base, press Left on the Control Pad and the right C Button simultaneously and then press Up on the pad. Use the right C Button to switch between Dash and the snowtrooper. As the snowtrooper, press Left, Right and Up on the Control Pad to move, and press Down to fire your blaster. Once you take over a trooper, he won't hurt Dash, even if you switch back. The health and power meters on the screen will be for Dash, not the trooper. SEE END CREDITS This code will allow you to view the end credits for each difficulty level. Enter your name as "_Credits." Now, pick your level of difficulty. When you begin the file and try and enter the first level (Battle on Hoth) you will see the ending for the difficulty level you chose. Note: The only drawback is that Dash Rendar is always dead. Bummer. 8.CODES FOR STARFOX 64 INFINITE POINT MATCH To extend a Point Match as long as you like, first begin a three-player, five-point match. The trick is to have one player rack up four wins and then defeat the other two players simultaneously. If the two players are defeated at the exact same moment, the win counter will jump to six points, going past the normal limit of five points. The match will continue until you reset the game. This trick works best if the two "target" players are characters, not tanks or Arwings. 9.CODES FOR SUPER MARIO 64 EXTRA CAP TRICK Enter Course 10: Snowman's Land, then allow yourself to be blown off the top of the Giant Snowman Mountain -- you will lose your cap. Once you've lost the cap, you can warp between the two trees near the frozen pond. Each time you warp, a new cap will appear on top of the first one. If you collect the cap after doing this, you'll see another cap on the ground. Collect the second cap and Mario will hold onto the cap until he exits the level. 10.CODES FOR SUPER SMASH BROS. SHARE LIVES When your last player is lost, press Start to borrow a life from your teammate. The teammate must have at least one extra life for the code to work. SHARE LIVES When your last player is lost, press A+B+R+Start to borrow a life from your teammate. The teammate must have at least one extra life for the code to work. 11.CODES FOR SUPERMAN SKIP LEVEL At the Main Menu, press top C, bottom C, left C, then right C. Start a game, pause it and press top C, then bottom C to skip to the next area. 12.CODES FOR TETRISPHERE LINES CODE This allows you to play an extra game similar to Rescue. You will receive instructions on exactly how to play the game as soon as you choose the option. To enter the code, select "Single" on the main menu. Choose "New Name," then enter your name as "LINES". You will see the new game appear under the Vs. CPU option. END CREDITS This code allows you to see the end credits of the game. To enter the code, select "Single" on the main menu. Choose "New Name," then enter your name as "CREDITS". EXTRA MUSIC This code will give you additional music selections under the Audio option. To enter the code, select "Single" on the main menu. Choose "New Name," then press the L Button, Down C Button and Right C Button simultaneously. A new set of characters will appear. Enter your name as "G(Alien Head)MEBOY". (The Alien Head replaces the "A" in GAMEBOY.) LEVEL SELECT This code lets you select any level you want to start on in Rescue, Hide and Seek and Puzzle modes. To enter the code, select "Single" on the main menu. Choose "New Name," then press the L Button, Down C Button and Right C Button simultaneously. A new set of characters will appear. Enter your name with the following symbols in order: Planet, UFO, Rocket, Heart, and Skull. No letters! 14.CODES FOR THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: OCARINA OF TIME GET RUPEES QUICKLY 1.Catch a Bug in a Bottle. 2.Release it and a few Bugs will come out of the Bottle. 3. Catch as many as you can and repeat until all four Bottles have Bugs in them. 4. Go to Kakariko Village or the Market and go to the person who wants something "with C". 5. Give (use the Bottle) the person all of the Bugs except one. Each Bug earns Link 50 Rupees. 6. Repeat the entire process again to refill the other Bottles with Bugs and sell them to get more Rupees. MORE THAN 100 GOLD SKULLTULA TOKENS Getting more than 100 Gold Skulltula Tokens provides no benefit. Also, players must not have gotten the Token from the Gold Skulltula near the spot where Talon was sleeping (Hyrule Castle). 1.After learning the Song of Storms, return to Hyrule Castle as a kid. Avoid the guards and return to the spot where Talon was asleep. 2.Facing the fence, follow it right to the corner to find a single tree and play the Song of Storms to reveal a hole in the ground. 3.Go down the hole and Bomb the stone walls until Link finds a Gold Skulltula. 4.Stand near the warp in the middle of the room and defeat the Gold Skulltula to make the Token appear. 5.Use the Boomerang to grab the Token, but before getting the Token enter the warp to return to the surface. 6.If Link reappears before getting the entire message about collecting the Token, then the trick worked. 7.Repeat the process to collect additional Tokens. GIANT RUPEES As an adult, after receiving the Biggoron sword, return to the Lone Skull Kid in Lost Woods. Destroy him with the sword to reveal a large rupee worth 500 rupees. Players may re-enter the room as many times as they like to get more giant rupees. 15.CODES FOR THE NEW TETRIS FALL FASTER When this code is activated, each time a piece is placed, the falling pieces will move faster. Select One Player from the Main Menu. Create a New Name. Enter the name as "2FAST4U" Begin a game as normal. Note: To disable this code, turn the game off, then back on. FASTER COMPUTER OPPONENT AI2EZ4U? RESET THE WONDERS - CLEAR ALL LINES 01DERS CLEAR THE HIGH SCORES AND GAME PAK DATA 1N175R4M KALEIDIOSCOPE EFFECT HALUCI - For the Haluci code to work, you have to set the Music Mode in Audio Options to "Choose" and Select the song "Haluci" before entering your name as HALUCI. In addition, if you press Start + Control Pad or Start + the Z Button it will change the background to black.
