Route 14
Route 14 is the second to last route before Fuchsia City. Here you can get 700, 580, 825, 725, 520, 580, and 506. There is nothing else to get in this area.
Route 15
This is the last route between you and Fuchsia City. Be sure to grab teh TM20, 660, 2030, 580, 500, 560, 2030, 560, 700, 650, and 580. You are now right by Fuchsia City, but I am going to talk about the other path.
The Other Path West Of Celadon
This path is blocked by a Snorlax, and also leads to Fuchsia City. To get to Fuchsia City this way, however, you have to fight a bunch of annoying bikers. Route 16 is the first part of the bike path. Here you will not do much but fight Bikers and Cue Balls. Be prepared to fight many different types of fighting and poisonous Pokemon. In Route 16 you can get 580, 700, 725, 660, 825, and 520 from fighting the trainers. Route 17 is big. First off, if you are so inclined, you can get your first chance to capture a Fearow. I do not suggest this because you should have your Spearow upgraded by then. There are a lot more trainers here along with a lot of hidden items. Trainers here will give you 560, 725, 725, 660, 650, 580, 500, 725, 825, 580. I scanned this complete Route, and found 5 different items. What I found might not be what you find, but here they are. I found a PP UP, a Max Elixer, a Full Restore, a Max Revive, and a Rare Candy. Route 18 is basically inside Fuchsia City, but there are some things to do. You can fight three trainers here, and they give you 800, 850, and 725. That was it. Either path that you could have taken leads to Fuchsia City, and that is where we are at next in the walkthrough.
Fuchsia City
Fuchsia City offers you a lot of Pokemon. First go to the houses towards the south east. In one is a mumbling guy, and in the other is the fishing guru's older brother. he will give you a Good Rod. Next go into the brother's backyard, and fish using the Super Rod. Here you can catch a Seaking, upgraded Goldeen. I haven't done much fishing at all, so I don't know if there is anything else to catch here. Next I went to the Gym. In the gym you will fight poison and sleep Pokemon, so make adjustments to your party. In here you can get 1330, 1190, 1085, 1320, 1360, 1190, the SOULBADGE(Koga), 4257(Koga), and a TM06(Koga). You now want to spend some time, and money, in the Safari Zone.
Safari Zone
This place is a pain the first couple time you come in here, and each time you do it will cost 500 dollars. You are given a time limit of 500 each time you enter the Safari Zone, and time is measured by how many steps you take. For every step you take, your time goes down one i.e. take five steps you will have a time of 495/500. If you are not sure on your time, push the start button. I suggest that you change your Pokebox to one that does not have any Pokemon in it, and I would deposit all of your useless items into your PC. This will give you space to collect items and Pokemon inside the Safari. I wouldn't, until you get all of the items, go out of your way to catch Pokemon. This place is divided up into areas, but they can still be confusing. Be sure to find a Nugget, a TM40, a Protein, a TM32, a Carbos, a TM37, a Full Restore, and a Max Potion. You will read signs about finding the hidden house, and here is how to get there. Think of the Safari Zone as a clock. You enter at six, and you are trying to reach 8. In order to get there you need to walk in a counter clockwise circle. In the first area you can only go right, so it does not start off that hard. Anyway, when you reach 8-o-clock you should find some Gold Teeth. They are in one of those items boxes, and are out in the open. Once you get them you will be directly east of the hidden house. It really isn't hidden, being as you can see it, and there are statues around it. If you go inside the house, a guy will congradulate you and give you the HM03, for "Surf". You should, if you know where to go, make it to his house with 100+ steps left. I think that I had around 160/500 time a.k.a. steps left. Giving the "Surf" ability to one of your Pokemon makes the Safari Zone a lot easier. There are lots of short cuts that you can bypass by swimming, and therefore cutting down on the time/steps. If you go back to the owner of the Safari Zone, the guy who mumbles, and give him back his teeth, he will give you an HM04. This gives your creatures the "Strength" ability. Your first use for this is inside his house, if you haven't already noticed. When you push the boulder, you can get the Rare Candy. In the Safari Zone, you should capture a Dratini, Slowpoke, and Psyduck by fishing with the Super Rod in the first area. You also want to capture a Tauros, Scyther, Exeggcute, Rhyhorn, Kangaskhan, and a Chansey. Some of these Pokemon are pretty hard to catch. There are other Pokemon in here that you can catch, but you should have them, or already have a Pokemon that can evolve into one of them. Now, for those of you, like me, who did not want to waste time using the crappy Safari Balls there is another way. What you want to do is stay in an area where you know you can fight the Pokemon you want to capture. If you didn't realize by now, each area has different types of Pokemon in it. Once you are in the area that you want to be, walk around, fighting if you wish, until the timer runs out. When you are removed/kicked from the Safari Zone you can head directly south of Fuchsia City. Do not go into any buildings or leave the city from any direction other than from the south. You should end up by a lot of water and trainers. I did this after I had defeated all of the trainers, so I am not sure if fighting trainer battles disrupts this process. Be sure that you have a Pokemon that you have given "Surf" to in your party. Surf south and then west. Fighting the occasional Tentacool is not anything to worry about. Once you have headed west a bit you will come across the Seafom Caves. To the north of the island is the place where you can get off of your surfing Pokemon and start walking on land again. This is where the fun begins. The last strip of water that is up against the shore will contain Pokemon from the last area of the Safari Zone. You can only do this on that narrow strip of water that is touching the shoreline of the island on the east side. It is only one space wide and about 8 spaces long, going downwards. This is the best place to catch them because they will not run away, and you can use ultra balls.
