FIND THE FACE KEY
To find the Face Key, go to the South Face Shrine at map location 13-K. To get there from Animal Village, go left one screen, up three screens, right four screens and down one screen to enter an area filled with statues. Touch the statues to activate them, then defeat them with your Bow and Arrows. Go to the upper-left corner of the statue area to find a building. Enter the building and walk up two rooms to find a large Armos Knight. Defeat it with your Bow and Arrows to receive the Face Key.

ENTER THE FACE SHRINE
To find the Face Shrine from the Animal Village, go up two screens and jump into the water. Swim up one screen and right two screens, then climb the ladder to a small island. Touch the far-left Armos Statue to activate it, then defeat it with your Bow and Arrows to reveal a stairway. Take the stairs and go through the cave to appear on a narrow ledge. Use the Face Key on the keyhole to open the Face Shrine's door.

How to Complete Face Shrine

TOUGH SPOTS IN FACE SHRINE
To get to the chest in the lower-right corner of the Face Shine, go one room down from where you see it. The posts in front of the stairs in the bottom-left corner must be in the down position. Climb the stairs, then jump off the ledge to the right to land on the posts that are up. Use the Roc Feather to jump over a post to the lower-right ladder. Climb the ladder and follow the path up one room to find the chest.

To move the huge elephant statues found throughout the palace, you must have the second Power Bracelet, which is in this level. When you get it, you will be able to easily lift a statue. However, you cannot walk while carrying it.

To solve the puzzle of the Horse Heads, quickly pick them up and throw them. When you get them all to land upright, a door will open or a chest may appear. There's no trick to making them land upright -- just keep trying!

GET THE SECOND POWER BRACELET
The second Power Bracelet is found near the lower-right corner of the Face Shrine. To get it, go left one room from the entrance of the level, then take the left path up two rooms. Go left one room, then place a Bomb next to the Crystal Switch and stand above the post in the upper-right corner. After the Bomb explodes, go up one room, then use a Bomb to go right one room. Defeat the enemies in the room to reveal a stairway, then take the stairs and work your way to the exit. Go up one room to find the chest that has the second Power Bracelet.

GET THE NIGHTMARE KEY
To get the Nightmare Key, go right two rooms from the entrance of the level, then up three rooms to find Smasher. Defeat Smasher by using your second Power Bracelet to throw his ball back at him, then go up one room. Lift the left elephant statue to reveal a stairway, then take the stairs. When you exit the passage, go up one room and use an elephant statue to open the door on the left. Go left two rooms and take the stairs. When you appear on the other side, go down one room, left one room, then up two rooms to the chest that has the Nightmare Key.

FIND THE BOSS: FACADE
To find Facade from the entrance of the level, first step into the warp that appeared when you defeated Smasher. Go up one room and remove the left elephant statue to reveal a stairway. Go down the stairs. When you exit the passage, go down one room and defeat all the enemies to open the door on the right. Go right one room, then up two rooms to find Facade.

DEFEAT FACADE
To defeat Facade, avoid the objects that fly at you by jumping over them or hitting them with the Sword. When the objects are all gone, quickly drop Bombs on Facade's face. (He will flash when he takes damage.) Five hits will destroy Facade and open the way to the Coral Triangle.
