Solve Problems Constructively
The way to solve problems constructively is to let go of the
fear of failure. Only through failure, i.e. experience, do
we generate the raw materials necessary for growth. Once you
understand this principal, than you will be able to think
clearer about problems, and make decisions that are more
likely to be successful.
Get Out of Ruts in Work and Play
This is easy, do something different or do what you do
differently. Take a stand on an issue or become an "expert"
in something. Within each of us is the desire to succeed,
grow and prosper. However, because of training and past
experiences we hesitate to do something different or to try
a new method to accomplish what we need to do. It is the
"doing" of something that takes you out of the ruts that you
find yourself in.
Be Honest and Like It
Realize that you are worth it! Every time that you lie, to
yourself or anyone else, you are subtlety undermining your
self esteem. It is a damaged self esteem that holds people
back from achieving the greatness they deserve. You are
worthy, and deserve the rewards associated with,
accomplishing great things.
