Long time etnies rider and all around great guy Tim Brauch
passed away Sunday, May 9th. Funeral services for Tim were held Friday,
May 14th. Rest In Peace Tim, you will be missed dearly.

Alex Chalmers now rides for Flip. Anthony Furlong will be turning pro
for Chapman Skateboards this summer. Lincoln Ueda is headed to Paris
on May 29th for demos. Mike Santarossa is in Europe right now, he skated
in the 2nd etnies European Open of the year, he is currently doing demos
in Germany. Elissa Steamer place 1st in the recent All Girls contest at
Skater Island in Newport, Rhode Island. etnies flow rider Alexis Sablone
place 2nd in that same contest, she is only 12 years old! Ryan Sheckler
got 1st place in the factory division at the recent Simi Valley CASL contest.
Flow riders Corbin Hames and Shane Sheckler placed 2nd and 5th, respectively,
in the mini's division of that same CASL contest. Brian Patch has been
chosen as the Skateboard Representative for ESPN.

Wainwright Wins Reese Forbes Ollie Challenge
Once and for all, who can ollie the highest? On Sunday February 6, 2000 that question was answered at the ASR show in Long Beach, California where Danny Wainwright popped 44 1/2 inches off the flatground to win the Reese Forbes Ollie Challenge.
