FEELINGS
Greetings. Welcome to Issue #4 of LIGHT TIMES newsletter. This is a participatory newsletter for LIGHT-oriented people of all ages and stages in life. The purpose of LIGHT TIMES is to support the sharing of LIGHT. The purpose of LIGHT TIMES is to ground information for the peoples of EARTH
-- for the sake of EARTH.
The purpose of LIGHT TIMES is to remind us to add EARTH into the equation. So often in our lives through the years, we have been unconscious in our relationship with EARTH. EARTH needs us to awaken to our LIGHT. Times are a'changin'. Now is a perfect time to do just that -- awaken to our LIGHT.
LIGHT. LIGHT is energy. LIGHT is a particular type of energy. LIGHT is subtle; yet supportive, encouraging, nourishing, inclusive, and therefore deeply loving.
LIGHT can and does create miracles.
I invite you to take a breath.
This Issue #4 explores feelings.
EARTH is a feeling center planet. She is a planet of the heart. This means that all of us of every manifestation on EARTH -- human, animal, mineral, plant, etc. -- have the opportunity to feel feelings, if we so choose.
There is a difference between feelings and emotions. Trapped feeling energy -- stuck feelings -- are called emotions. Emotions are where addictions and negative energy cycles come from.
SAD, MAD, SCARED, GLAD. It has been said that these are the 4 main feeling states. There are many feelings that come from these 4. Examples include jealousy, rage, anxiety, and embarrassment.
Breathe
Many of us here on EARTH today have unresolved issues, unfinished business, and unexpressed emotions. Negative energy cycles are borne out of these. Freeing up this energy -- allowing it to flow -- transmutes that particular negative energy cycle(s) into the Positive Energy Cycle.
How do we do this?
Issue #3 says that there are people who automatically channel their ki ( that is, their vital energy ) into the Positive Energy Cycle. What they are basically doing is letting their feelings flow. By letting their feelings flow, they are opening up their energy pathways. This creates the Positive Energy Cycle which creates LIGHT.
What about the rest of us?
Breathe
O.K. The rest of us can learn how to do this. We are fortunate today. There are many tools and resources available to assist us with our individual needs throughout our process of healing our stored emotions. It is best for us to remember that there is no one right way to do this. There are many ways and they are all right. It is up to us to discover the way(s) that works for us.
With practice the process will become automatic just like it is for these other folks. It is a natural process.
Breathe
But ... how do we do it?
Very simply stated: Pause. Breathe. Notice what is there in the moment. Breathe.
The key is for us to breathe and feel our feelings/emotions in the moment. That is:
Feel our sadness.
Feel our anger.
Feel our fears.
Feel our joy.
Feel our sensations, whatever and wherever they may be.
Yes, we are fortunate today. There are many ways for us to get in touch with our feelings. Issue #3's section of channeling ki into the Positive Energy Cycle gives examples of activities that support the Positive Energy Cycle. These are all wonderful ways for us to get in touch with our emotions/feelings. These activities include taking care of our bodies, meditating, being in touch with nature, cleaning up our spaces, spending time by ourselves, reading, and writing. There are many wonderful ways for us to get in touch with our emotions/feelings. We can exercise our bodies, nourish our bodies with food, cleanse our bodies, and/or give our bodies some much needed rest time. There are many tools and resources available to assist us with our individual and collective needs throughout our process of healing our stored emotions.
As emotions heal, energy pathways open, thereby allowing in more LIGHT. This is because the more our energies flow, the more open space there is within us. This open space is important. Stored emotions take up much space. Healing these emotions frees up these spaces thereby allowing more LIGHT to flow.
Healing emotions does not have to take a lot of time. It depends on the individual. Some people prefer a longer healing process time, others a shorter one. It matters not. It is up to the individual. As for EARTH, since she is a feeling center planet, she is appreciative of whatever healing work people do. She appreciates whenever we feel our feelings. Us feeling our feelings assists her very much.
EARTH appreciates the fact that people care enough about her to do it at all.
"Doing it" is of vital importance. Almost everyone has been hurt and has feelings about it. Healing our hurts may seem unimportant to some people because "It's all in the past. Why dredge it up?" However, we tend to carry our past hurts deep inside us. When suppressed they are very difficult to
hide. They come out in all sorts of ways -- usually showing up as negative energy cycles and addictions. ( See Issue #3. ) Breathing and feeling what's there for us in the moment can quickly open up space ( energy pathways ) for more energy to flow into. For some of us this can be a whole new
experience.
Breathe
Why "dredge" it up?
EARTH is the reason to dredge it up. LIGHT is the reason to dredge it up. There are ways to dredge it up so that it doesn't "cause more harm than good" within and around us.
For those of us who are not used to flowing with our feelings and experiencing an increased energy flow, it may be easier to ease in. Everyone has their own pace. We benefit best by finding our own pace and staying in touch with how we are doing within it.
This is how and why we heal.
Breathe
Issue #4 also explores Loving Ourselves.
It all comes down to us Loving Ourselves -- individually and collectively.
Feeling our feelings is included in our Loving Ourselves. Loving Ourselves means truly LOVING OURSELVES. Completely. Unconditionally. This, of course, includes us accepting and loving our feelings. Cutting off our feelings is not a part of self-love. No how. No way.
Loving Self and Loving EARTH are actually synonymous with each other. They are not separate. In fact, the more and better we take care of ourselves, the more oriented we automatically become to taking care of EARTH.
LIGHT = Self-Love
LIGHT = Loving EARTH
LIGHT = Positive Energy Cycle = High Ki = Self-Love & Loving EARTH.
It is all interconnected.
So ... all this really requires is practice, practice, practice. Practice all of this with LIGHT intention.
Supporting ourselves and each other in doing this creates major miracles. Yes ... really! Try it for yourself and see.
