| When does it not hurt anytime you leave behind? When does it stop being Goobye and start being Hello? Even when you know what awaits you could be better than what you leave. But we don't want better, we want familiar. I want familiar. No end, No beginning. Cycle through a life preplanned without pain. Why do we long to go back? When life was bad? But familiar. Life can still bring you Pleasure wherever you are If Only you let it. Are the friends you leave behind as good as the ones you have yet to meet? Do you know that answer? I don't. Are the bonds you form with new relationships as strong as those already formed? Is the Spirirtual Journey any different because the Body changed places? The pain we feel is still the same wherever we are. When is it not more painful to leave a second time? Absence grows fond the heart. True or False? Who can say? For there are those who distance when right next to another. And those whose hearts and minds are truly a phone call away. When does the world stop just for You? Does the moment last longer just because you want it to? Speeed up? Stand still? Does a memory become a treasure with time? Do you think you know this answer? Or are you just relying on the insights and questions of a girl? A girl whose Journey has only begun. A girl that stares at the world confused. Stay? Run? You can nvere leave behind the True Friend. And when you go anywhere you just have to leave again. Why all the fuss? When is it not the same to Laugh or Cry? When are they not the same Hello and Goodbye? Both can be painful. Both mean new things. But they both mean a new Beginning. So when are they not the same? |
