| Statement of Principles for the International Libertarian Network |
The International Libertarian Network is dedicated to the
rights of all people to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. As such, we stand for the principle of self-ownership as a moral absolute. We demand that all social relations be voluntary and the criterion that no one
should be allowed to initiate force including governments.
We thus oppose the war-like policies of governments which use foreign policy as an instrument of terrorism rather than
justice.
This means that we of the ILN support the Economic Freedom of all people of the world to pursue their well-being as they choose so long as they do not physically interfere with the equal economic freedom of others. We also support the
Civil Liberties of all individuals whose behavior respects
the personal freedom of everyone else.
This means in practice that we support the rights of ALL
individuals to self-ownership and its logical consequences.
We oppose taxation and economic ,social or pseudo-scientific regulation of any sort. We oppose the conscription or enslavement of any person by the State or anyone else. We oppose all victimless crime laws , such as those against gambling, prostitution, & "drug abuse" et cetera.
Ultimately we seek a completely free global society devoid of statist coercion of any sort and reject, in toto, the ethnocentric principles of any ruling class, bourgeois , proletarian or otherwise. |
