| The Mission of the International Libertarian Network is to increase the expectation of freedom in every society in the world. We hope to nurture a nonviolent and rigorously anti-authoritarian spirit by encouraging individuals and groups within every society on the planet to challenge the legitimacy of all ruling classes in a manner consistent with their culture. The International Libertarian Network seeks to reach the natural core of every human being's need and desire for freedom and prosperity. We hope to inspire every member to transcend ethnocentric boundaries of Western Imperialism and statism and build a truly cross-cultural global libertarian movement. We urge the development in every member of at least one other language than their native tongue. We hope that members will seek to educate themselves about other cultures in a scientific rather than superficial manner. To that end. we seek the advice of anarchist and libertarian anthropologists and human ecologists to understand other societies clearly and objectively. We seek to accomplish this by popularizing the Libertarian conception that no one,including governments,should be allowed to initiate force against anyone. We will try to show people worldwide that they need not accept terrorism by the State any more than they should tolerate it by other terrorists. The ultimate goal of the International Libertarian Network is to counter the racist, sexist and statist machinations of all ruling classes which have created the seemingly endless war, starvation and discord we see all around us. By networking with freedom-loving people the world over, we can produce the global environment necessary to discredit,delegitimize and abolish statism throughout the entire world forever. |
