IMP Program--Libertarians are deeply interested in non-authoritarian management, self-management, and accountability with creativity. But what does that mean? This will allow your group to create Improvement Management Process teams for itself or to assess government and private groups with bridge-building sophistication. It will identify needs, document tasks, do key-event flows, create self-managing groups, turbo-charge your to-do list, highlight best practices, focus management, teach metrics, implement a strategic plan, develop a one-time 'auto-budget' and reduce friction dramatically. This is what Libertarian managers have used to create a more open process in government, business, co-ops, unions, and Libertarian groups. As requested.
Local Program-2 day summary intensive to build your local team.
Libertarian Leadership Workshop: Invitation discussion and support workshop for young citizens 18-30 wishing to apply Libertarian ideas in academia, communities, etc..
