He is guarding a top secret room, get him to move and you can find theSilph scope witch allows you to identify ghost type poke'mon. then go to the poke'mon tower. The ghost making all the trouble is wating for you on the 7th floor. On the same floor Mr. Fuji is there and if you save him from the ghost he will give you a Poke'flute. The Poke'flute can be used to awaken sleeping poke'mon, this is especially useful at route 11. This instrument works in and out of battle. |
