Mr. Toscano obtained his B.A. degree from UCLA in 1975 and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 1978. Oscar E. Toscano has been practicing law in Glendale since 1978.
Mr. Toscano is a seasoned trial attorney with many successful verdicts. Some of which have been multi-million dollar verdicts in some of the toughest wrongful death cases. Oscar E. Toscano has also had several six figure verdicts in personal injury cases. Mr. Toscano was also involved in the very first stun-gun civil case in the United States. Mr. Toscano has dealt with hundreds of criminal cases, numerous family law cases, litigations, and many other types of cases and trials.
Mr. Toscano has served the Los Angeles County Community as a teacher for several years and as a real estate broker with his own Toscano Realty.
Mr. Toscano has lectured at the California Trial Lawyers Convention in Monterey and has been invited to speak at several local organizations. Mr. Toscano was a guest speaker in a T.V. show entitled "An Indepth Look at the Law" and "Heart Beat of the City". Mr. Toscano has made several guest appearances in various radio shows relating to the law.
