| "I am proud to be a lawyer and in a position to help shape the future of people's lives. I consider myself to be a no non-sense, practical person. My client's interests and protection are first and foremost. I try to protect my clients from unnecessary attorney time and the related bills. An ounce of preventive legal action can prevent litigation. An ounce of common sense and practicality can minimize the cost of litigation. As an attorney, if I protect my clients well and at the same time save them emotional distress and money, my interests will be served as well. Word of mouth referrals is the main source of my clients. I am a hard working attorney. I believe that good luck is a residue of hard work and artful preparation of any case. I believe the judicial system works. Truth and justice prevail at the end except in the rarest of occasions. The above does not mean that you must pay an arm and a leg for legal services. I encourage meetings, mediation, arbitration and other avenues to shortcut the process and resolve the disputes, if at all possible. However, if unsuccessful, I am a formidable opponent at trial. I do not handle cases I am not equipped to handle. But if I can't help you, I will make telephone calls for you to try to locate the right attorney for you." |
