| Mick Foley is the new commissioner of WWF as the genetic jackhammer Vinnie Mac has gone away to Greenwich. Shane McMahon is the new number one contender for the WWF belt. Commissioner Mick Foley was discussing who should be the number one contender with the Rock when he asked the Rock who the number one contender should be, then Mick Foley said "It doesn't matter", one of the Rocks favourite quotes.
