How to book 1 Contact us for availability, which changes all the time. When we have confirmed that the dates you want are available, please copy and paste the booking form below into an email, complete the details and email it to tdw1@orange.fr or Paul.Faulkner@wanadoo.fr Alternatively, print it out, complete it and send it to: Tim Williams, Laferriere, 16390 Nabinaud, Charente, France. 2 If you want to check on anything, please call Tim Williams or Tracy Faulkner at home on 00 33 (0)5 45 98 24 13 or 00 33 (0)5 45 78 65 80. Either can advise on availability, answer any queries you may have, or send a booking form in the post. 3 Your booking will be confirmed and the dates held pending receipt of a deposit of £100 per week. 4 The balance of the total amount payable is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival at La Ferriere, together with a breakages deposit of £150 which will only be cashed in the event of damage. Each weekly rental starts on Saturday at 4.00 p.m., and ends on Saturday at 10.30 a.m. This allows time for cleaning to take place between visits. This deposit is not refundable. 3 Full payment is required at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival at La Ferriere. During high season, bookings of at least a fortnight have priority. 4 At the time of payment, a security deposit of £150 is required. This will not be cashed, and will be returned to you when the key is returned, unless replacements or repairs to the property or its contents are needed. 5 PAYMENT. If full payment is not received by 8 weeks prior to arrival, we reserve the right to reallocate the relevant weeks to other clients. Cheques should be made payable to T Williams. 6 CANCELLATION. If cancellation takes place prior to arrival, 50% of the rental cost will be charged. If cancellation takes place between 6 and 4 weeks prior to arrival, 75% will be charged. Cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival will be charged at the full cost. 7 We cannot accept responsibility for losses or damage caused by strikes, fire, flood, airport closure or any other event beyond our control. 8 We cannot accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage caused in or around La Ferriere or swimming pools. 9 You are strongly advised to take out adequate insurance before you go on holiday. 10 No pets are allowed. 11 Once full payment has been received, we guarantee that there will be no price changes as a result of exchange rate fluctuations. |
