| Rabbits that live outside have better fur than the ones who live inside. Rabbits that live outside should be protected from rain, wind and other bad weather. Your rabbit should have clean and fresh water every day. It is best to feed your rabbit pellets. Pellets should be dark green in color. If you want, sometimes you can mix some uncooked oatmeal with the pellets. Your rabbit should always have fresh hay avalaible. Fresh fruits and vegetebles can be given to your bunny as a treat. I give my rabbit some banana with the peel, or some grapes, or a piece of apple, or some raisins, or a piece of carrot. I don't recommend giving your rabbit a lot of cabbage or lettuce because it can cause diarreah. Your rabbit's cage should be cleaned out every day. And of corse your rabbit needs love and attention. |
