Edited By: Sameena ***** first off, there are no such things as hints for life (keep in mind all this editing is my opinion only and im just bein nice enuf to share it with ya) 1. A sad thing in life is when you meet someone who means a lot to you, only to find out in the end that it was never meant to be and you just have to let go. ok, no. things go however theyre supposed to go, there is no such thing as "not meant to be" maybe not meant to be the way you want, but no "not meant to be" if sum1 means alot to you, you dont have to let it go, tho you prolly should or you will just get hurt. this is not a hint anyways its just saying whats sad... sameena's "hint" for life #1 if you like some asswipe who isnt smart enuf to return the love then move on becuz he isnt worth it and you will only cause yourself heartache. 2. The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had. i personally dont think that is the best kind of friend but sure, and i dont like no porch swings...the only way that would work would be is if you understand each other without talking, not just not talking. sameena's "hint" for like #2 the best kind of friend is one who understands you, and you always knows how to make you smile, who treats you with respect, and who you can trust. it doesnt matter what the fuck you are doing, you always have fun, and no, you dont have to be talking to understand what the other is thinking. actually thats not really a hint either, hmm ok well uhhh so note the " "'s around hint. 3. It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives. yea i guess thats true, lifes funny that way, it all depends on your feelings at that time...which change so just enjoy stuff while its around... sameena's "hint" for life #3 enjoy stuff while its around, make the most of whats going on in your life and dont take things for granted cuz you never know when things will change...*wow this is getting repetitive* 4. It takes only a minute to get a crush on someone, an hour to like someone, and a day to love someone but it takes a lifetime to forget someone. ok i know this is metaphorish but it sucks ass becuz if it took us all that long to forget sum1 then wed all be depressed and pissed off all the time, love takes longer than a day, and its different to different people, besides how so you know it takes a lifetime to forget sum1? by then youve forgotten, and so no one remembers, ok now im confused.. sameena's "hint" for life #4 dont dwell on the past, remember the good stuff, and take what youve learned with you, there will be lots of loves in your like, all new and exciting and amazing, but remember that this too will end and then another person will come along and sweep you off your feet, only to have you fall flat on your ass and cry about it for half of your pathetic life....bitter? noooo im not bitter... 5. Don't go for looks; they can deceive. Don't go for wealth; even that fades away. Go for someone who makes you smile because it only takes a smile to make a dark day seem bright. yea looks can decieve but thats all perspective, wealth doesnt always fade away...and no it does not take just a smile to make a dark day seem bright. sameena's "hint" for life #5 dont go for anyone, let them come to you...no im kidding, go for what you want, but make sure it is really what you want, and make sure it will make you happy. 6. Dream what you want to dream; go where you want to go; be what you want to be; because you have only one life and one chance to do all the things you want to. bullshit, i totally believe in reincarnation. sameena's "hint" for life #6 dream what you want to dream, go where you want to go, be what you want to be, enjoy life and do what you think is right, but dont worry you have many chances...but still try and live THIS life to the fullest. 7. Always put yourself in the other's shoes. If you feel that it hurts you, it probably hurts the other too. no don't always do that... sameena's "hint" for life #7 sometimes its good to get a different perspective but your not the other person and you never will be so why try? just be you and worry about how things affect you because thats what you should be doin, but still be sensitive to other peoples feelings. 8. A careless word may kindle strife; a cruel word may wreck a life; a timely word may level stress; a loving word may heal and bless. you know this thing sounds exactly like mike when he's trying to be poetic... if a cruel word could wrecka life i think we would all be in ruins. sameena's "hint" for life #8 basically dont be a bitch, and remember you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. of course there are always times when you need to give someone a good tellin off but make sure its for a good reason, and dont forget to be nice and give compliments, you never know how much it could mean to a person. 9. The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything, they just make the most of everything that comes along their way. this is prolly the truest statement on here (but its still not a hint!!!) sameena's "hint" for life #9 happiness is a state of mind...make the best of what you have and be thankful. 10. Love begins with a smile, grows with a kiss, ends with a tear. When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling.
