| SHOW ME THE LIGHT: | NIGHTWINDS: |
| Come back into my life and show me the light which use to burn hot and use to burn bright but now is diminished so please tell me we are not through we are not finished there has to be hope for me and for you my life will never be the same until we rekindle that flame and start our life anew so take me back and hold me tight and reassure me we'll be alright and only then will once again the flames of our love burn through the night....... ALWAYS AT YOUR SIDE: Put your arms around me let me feel you in the air i need to feel your love you see and i know that it is there so touch me with your fingertips stroke my hair a time or two kiss me with your loving lips let me take a breath of you... fill me with your love so strong such intense desire it's with you that i belong you will always be my fire forever we shall be as one such feelings we can't hide laughing kissing having fun forever at each other's side... |
Heart pounding as i stand alone high upon this windswept hill misty winds chill to the bone eyes closed tight my body still the night as dark as lumps of coal the rush increases with each hour vibrations fill my very soul as i begin to feel such power oh what message can this be the night is beckoning to me "come hither let me set you free" and there i stand so openly my mind is blank no need for thought i am one with all around no worries, no battles to be fought no need for single sound if only i could stay this way by myself and out of sight the morning brings another day but after that.....another night! CONFUSION: All day long my head pounds my heart beats with such a fury so many noises..so many sounds all these people in a hurry.. i cannot seem to get away i think i'm going crazy i need to rest..can't continue this way everything is getting hazy... darkness falls i place my hand upon my chest beating hard against chamber walls oh god..i need to rest.. i stare into the darkened room then i begin to shake my body filled with fear and gloom will i die before i wake? i know that i will be okay no longer gripped with fright if i only make it one more day lord..get me through this night.... |

| Where do you go when darkness falls when the light begins to fade when doubt controls your mind when you're always cast in shade when you seek but cannot find who do you turn to when you're all alone when noone ever hears your calls noone ever on the phone unanswered pleas through empty halls when there's not a single cheerful sound to take away the pain when there is emptiness all around not a thing to gain when you're by yourself where do you turn when your cries fall upon deaf ears tell me what to do..teach and i will learn all i need is one good friend.. to dry up lonely tears... WHEN SOULS CRY: Sullen, shakey, inner fright how things change from night to night you cannot change it, have to try when your soul begins to cry your heart is bursting from your chest for once you thought that you could rest so tired from tormented thought once again to feel distraught happiness does not apply when your soul begins to cry when walls around you disappear no longer anything to fear you give in to what you feel actually thinking this is real but you find out it doesn't last and happiness can leave so fast with heavy heart and saddened sigh you find out how it feels once more when your soul begins to cry...... |
Stepping out onto my porch sunlight shining on my face the day is hot though not to scortch happy to be in this place watching children hard at play while resting in my rocking chair love to spend my days this way with gentle breeze on day so fair the sounds bring back a memory of days long since gone by when so much laughing came from me and how back then i sure could fly oh those days were so much fun playing games and worry free all day long out in the sun so long ago you see.. then old eyes begin to tear as i sit with thoughts of past thinking of my yesteryear and how the time has gone so fast.... CYBER LIES: Friendships made discussions deep friendships fade people weep find anew another friend one that's true try again talk of life release the pain speak of strife no refrain secrets read cyber lies? can always look at what is said but cannot look in cyber eyes..... SLITHER: Back into the depths i slither curled up tight i slowly wither no more battles to be fought for now i am only thought a memory...a thing of past once something..but didn't last what this thing i was before doesn't matter...i am no more......... |
