After a year of conflict, the politics of the World has changed greatly, but what does the war mean for President Bishop. The Conservative Party has gained seats in both the Senate and House but have a majority in neither. With The Populists considering backing Bishop in 2004, the Originist party may have their work cut out for them.

In the Asian Penninsula, the Oriental Rebels have taken large parts of Quina, and parts of Achea, Srilan, and Japon. The Arab Union has had dificulty fighting Rebels, with several defeats in Laos and Quina.
The Republic of Estar has currently deployed 650,000 troops overseas.
