If you are considering joining us, please do the following (even before you begin reading and learning about juicing. Just learning about the importance of raw vital foods will change some of your food choices and eating habits). The following suggestions are a reminder as to what condition your body was in before you became enlightened about vital foods!

1) Weigh yourself, now. Jot down the date.

2) You'll want a "BEFORE" picture. Take a picture of yourself as barely clad as you feel comfortable. Front and back! This picture is for you! Referring back to this picture will forever remind you how important it is to stay focused on eating choices that aid digestion and improve health. This picture will encourage you to continue your fast and eventually your change of eating inclinations.

Comparing this picture to your body as it looks after completing a full day fast will inspire you to stick with this plan and vital juices and make juice fasting a part of your life.

2) Record everything you eat, starting now. Keeping record of what you eat will help you be more conscious of your own eating patterns. The days that you are able to stick to the plan, great! Write it down. The days you don't stick to the plan, great! Write it down. Recording your successes and failures will help others follow your lead.

With your recorded eating patterns and favorite foods, I can help you become aware of hidden calories and indigestible types of fats that are working against you. I will gently advise you as to what foods are contributing to sluggish digestion. Sluggish digestion is the MAIN reason for weight gain.
