1. Chemical Cleaning of a marine type water-tube boiler.
PURPOSE OF THE WORK
To remove water scale, iron & copper oxides deposits, which have been formated during boiler's operation.
To manage a passivation of all tubes and metallic surfaces.

TURGET RESULTS
On completion of the chemical cleaning process, all the surfaces of tubes, drums and headers should be in a 100% clean process, free of sludges, foreing materials, water scale, grease and oxides deposits.
Under the washed surfaces a grey up to black magnetite colour should be appeared.

Specification on request: On-line inquires through jpchemical@yahoo.com.

JPCHEMICAL ONLINE can provide a professional specification which includes chemical and engineering details of the application procedure.

2. Pre-Commissioning Chemical Cleaning of a HRSG (Combined cycle heat recovery steam generator)

SCOPE OF WORK
To provide High Velocity Flushing, degreasing/ alkaline cleaning , acid cleaning, neutralizing, passivation and wet preservation

a. HIGH VELOCITY FLUSHING
Purpose:
To remove all the debris and loose rust accumulated during construction.

b.DEGREASING
Purpose:
To remove oil, grease and rust-preventive coatings remaining from the construction activities.

c..ACID CLEANING/PICKLING
Purpose:
To maximize the cleaning of the internal surfaces of the pipelines and the removal of rust, scale, welding flaxes, mill scale.

d.NEUTRALIZATION & PASSIVATION
Purpose:
To remove and neutralize any remaining acid by achieving a PH 7-8
To produge a thin layer of magnetite on iron surfaces, which will inhibite any re-rusting.

e. Draining with the purpose to completely drain the system and remove any produced sludge.

Specification on request: On-line inquires through jpchemical@yahoo.com.

JPCHEMICAL ONLINE can provide a professional specification which includes chemical and engineering details of the application procedure

3.Chemical cleaning procedure of new carbon steel or stainless steel pipelines.

1) Mechanical preparation of the cleaning loop:
2) Circulation only with water in order to secure that all connections are safe of any leakage.
3) Alkaline cleaning for oil and grease removal by re-circulating a alkaline water solution.
4) Neutralization.
5) Acid cleaning for oxides and mill scale removal.
6) Neutralization..
7) Passivation.
8) Draining and management of wastes.
9) Final rinsing.

Specification on request: On-line inquires through jpchemical@yahoo.com.

JPCHEMICAL ONLINE can provide on-line a professional specification which includes chemical and engineering details of the application procedure.

4) HEAT EXCHANGERS

(A) Purpose:
To remove any deposits mainly of iron oxides (FE2O3), and calcium and magnesium salts.

(B) Equipment used.
Recirulating with a chemical resistant pump at sufficient flow rates, flexible plastic hoses and a recirulation tank

(C) Safety
Labor and supervisor should have the appropriate plastic glasses, plastic gloves, chemically safety shoes. The surrounding area of the circuit should be isolated by red tape.

(D) Actions in a form of check list.

Mechanical preparation of the cleaning cirquit and the fixing of appropriate blanked or open flanges.

Filling up with fresh water of the circuit and circulation to check for possible leakage in the system.

Slow addition of the chemicals in the recirculating tank during the recirculation with fresh water.

On completion of the addition of chemicals, 8 hours will be needed for recirculation.
During recirulation every 30 minutes tests should be performed on ferrous concentration and acidity strength.

After satisfactory results of the tests, in the same recirculating solution the addition of the neutralizing soda ash starts until the solution has been to light alkaline (PH 8).

Draining of the installation will take place and collection of the effluents in a proper vessel or vessels.

Specification on request: On-line inquires through jpchemical@yahoo.com.

JPCHEMICAL ONLINE can provide on-line a professional specification which includes chemical and engineering details of the application procedure.

5) OIL REFINERIES FRESH WATER COOLING SYSTEM INCLUDING HEAT EXCHANGERS

PURPOSE OF THE WORK
To remove all deposits as water scale and oxides from the surfaces including inlet and outlet lines and headers, heat exchangers and compressors cooling spaces of both carbon and stainless steel components and cooling tower.
To manage a passivity of all surfaces

The chemical cleaning could include the following steps
Degreasing..
Acid cleaning.
Monitoring: Keeping sufficient acidity level at PH 2.5, Fe++ content, and Fe+++ content.
Draining and management of the cleaning wastes.
Neutralisation.

Specification on request: On-line inquires through jpchemical@yahoo.com.

JPCHEMICAL ONLINE can provide on-line a professional specification which includes chemical and engineering details of the application procedure.
