To Catch Pikablu in any Version: Follow these Simple steps to catch him!
1.First you must catch all 150 Pokémon NOT I repeat NOT using GameShark.

2. Then you also must have Seventeen of your Pokémon at Level 100.

3. Then when all of these tasks are complete, go to the guy in Pewter City who asks you if you have been to the Museum yet. Say NO so he takes you to the door.

4. Then go into the museum and go upstairs and talk to the Lady who says "I want My boyfriend to catch me a Pikachu!"

5. After you talk to her, immediatly come out of the door and once you come out of the door do not take any steps forward. left, or right. Immediatly use fly and go to Celedon City.

6. Go to the Safari zone and catch a Tuaros. Leave room in your Pokémon slots. So only bring 5 when you go to catch him. Then put tuaros in your 1st slot.

7. Go into the Game Corner and talk to the Lady that says "Go Next Door to the Coin Exchange Corner to use your coins to get great Prizes!"

8. But this time she will say, "Hey? You have all the badges? WOW! Well then since you were nice enough to talk to me, I will give you this Pokémon I found stranded behind then Pokémon Museum, he is so strong I can not control him.But since you have all the badges, YOU TAKE HIM!

9. It will say, "You got ???????" Then when you try to use it it will just be like if you were pressing cancel and it will exit every time you click on it. Then go to Proffesor Oak and he will say the same thing he says when you give him Oaks Parcel, it will still say "YOU DELIVERED OAKS PARCEL!"

10. Then when you go into your Pokémon line and it will replace the Pokémon in your first slot. So put a spearow or something in first. It will still be called ????? so go to the Nickname guy and change it to Pikablu. It has a ElectricWave, Psyshock, and Electrode... Dont ask me why its Electrode but its an awesome move.

11. It is a Level 999 and Pikablu will, Yes it will appear in your Pokedex! After 150 it will say 154 and then you look at the Pokedex Info and it will look like this...

Name: Pikablu Type: ??????? Height: 2" 3" Length: 3" 4"

Height: 2" 3" Wieght: 34

Stats: Attack-999 Defense-999 Speed-999 Special-999

Attacks:
ElectricWave Psyshock Electrode SonicBoom

HiddenMachine #6: First put in the code for infinite money 019947D3-019948D3-019949D3.
Now using Gameshark type in 01A47CCF then go to a pokemart. It will be
the first item in the list and will be named nickname? which is HM06 and it'll
cost over A LOT of money. You know how to get infinite cash right? You oughtta know.
Now buy it and go to any 1 or 2 layer-thick wall. Then stand with your side to the wall. Go to item, click on the new item you
got. (nickname?) This'll then put you to the screen that says USE ON
WHICH POKEMON.
Note: Do not use it on a pokemon!
Anyway, click on until you can use item on which pokemon. Then push b
to cancel the screen and get back to the game, then you'll see Ash and
several pokemon in line.. on side of screen.. then push in the
direction of the wall one space or two. Depending on how thick it is.
Then push start, go to view your pokemon and when you return you'll be
over the wall. Hey, you've found the HM06 code!

HiddenMachine #7: HM07 is a quite difficult code considering you need all 151 Pokemon. First you must have these Pokemon in this order in your party: Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur, Charmander, Charmeleon, Charizard. Next in the pokemon storage boxes, have in Box One, Pokemon 007-027, Box Two Pokemon 028-048, Box Three Pokemon, 049-069, Box Four Pokemon 070-090, Box Five Pokemon, 091-111, Box Six Pokemon, 112-132, Box Seven Pokemon, 133-151. So the first Pokemon in Box One should be Squirtle, and the last Pokemon in box Seven should be Mew. Remember to keep them in numerical order or else the code won't work!!
So, after doing this, go out and fish with any rod. A Pokemon should appear called Hifishi. Catch him with your cloned master balls. After catching this mysterious Pokemon you will notice that he has an attack known as Deepdive. Using that while surfing, you can go under water to a under water city! Hey buddy, you've found the HM07 code!

either get a Mew or a Ladyba!!!!

Have mewtwo on the top of your list
Type 01E564D1 in your game shark
Then use a rare candy on him.
Change his name to Mewthree

Put in 010007C1 and Ash will fly. You can surf this way too.

Ok before you read this code there's something you should know. This code wont work if you've ever used a Gameshark! Even if it was two games ago it wont work!!!! Ok so don't get mad at me! Because I wont be able to do it either!!!

#1 Have all 150 Pokemon without a game shark/genie!!!
#2 Beat the first 3 of the Elite 4 and save the game. Than turn the gameboy off than on.
#3 Beat Lance and your Rival and sit through the credits. After the credits go to your house.
#4 Your mom should be on the table! Go upstairs and she should be on your bed! There will also be a little Pokemon running around!
#5 She'll tell you to keep it and take good care of it as long as it doesn't come in the house again.
And you have Togepy!
