I have some information about laser pointers
I myself have a Class 2 laser pointer, it takes three size AAA bateries. its disguised as a pen so i can take it around with me. it can have two different functions, one is press and keep hold and it will point or it has a constant beam. It can be projected upto 200 metres, although it can go that far, in the daylight it does not.
