Dark Crystals Chapter 2

Disclaimer and notes are in chapter 1, still using Japanese names! (Yep. I'm back, me, the 13-year-old hurricane of annoyance.)
Also, there may be some unfamiliar phrases in here, so I'll translate!

Chapter 2
Shards of Memory

"Ami-chan, I'm telling you, this is important," Hino Rei said urgently, talking into her wristwatch communicator. "I saw it in the fire. 7 evil entities.....each reflecting a different glow. One of them was the diamond aura that Minako had told us about with Shineko being Sailor Diamond."
"Are you sure?" Rei facevaulted.
'Why would I be saying this if I wasn't sure? I'm always sure, Unsure is like Usagi. Jeez.' She thought. "Yes, I'm sure, call the senshi over here. We need to stop this new enemy post-haste!"
"Right. Ja ne!" Mizuno Ami said, and the communicator's visor went dark.

"Usagi-chan, face it. We can't be too jumpy and too suspicious here. We've gotta relax, or else the enemy'll suspect something about us isn't right," Aino Minako chided. "So calm down, alright?"
"H-hai," Tsukino Usagi stuttered. She had been flitting around the Hikawa Shrine all morning and was reading every last Sailor V manga Rei had, and not surprisingly, spoiling the endings for Rei.
"Rei, you got any new info on these new senshi?" Kino Makoto (The "talented" one, if you please. I just had to make SOME kinda joke about it) asked, shifting nervously on her cushion on the floor. "This really creeps me out."

"This really creeps me out." The brunette's words echoed through Roshini's mind.
"You're gonna have more to be creeped out about, if I have anything to do with it," she muttered, fashioning her long raven hair into a ponytail that swept against the backs of her knees. "I'll make sure of that. Shineko-baka, you may have failed, where as I will pick up and succeed. Daijobu d yo, Senshi of the Gems. Your most reliable senshi is at your service." She said to a tube of lipstick which she had been using as a means of communication.
"Ganbatte, Roshini-chan," Nikeno said. "You can do it."
"Arigato, Nikeno. Don't worry, I won't be a screw-up like Shineko."
She closed her lipstick tube. "Oh, Goddess of the Gems, entity of pure darkness, send me a victim, send me a sign." A vision of the Grandfather Hino appeared. "Perfect! This old coot will fulfill my duties well. Back to your realm, spirits." She formed a screen in front of her to joyously watch the ruby implant itself in Grandfather Hino.

"Heh heh.....come to me, my darlings!" Hino exclaimed happily, hugging a pair of panties like a cheap imitation of Happousai-ecchi. He nuzzled his face in between the cups of one of Rei's favorite bras. "Aah, silky soft, dryer warm." He was oblivious to the ruby needle hovering above him. His eyes suddenly glazed over as the ruby needle imbedded itself in his back, and buried itself beneath the flesh. (I 'dun wanna go into graphic description.) His eyes then returned to normal and he resumed his lace embrace.

'And so Operation Ruby Red Fire begins,' Roshini mused with a smirk on her face. 'Old man, you better not mess up. Heart attacks are common with people your age, and that would be too coincidental if you failed, wouldn't it?' She disappeared in a burst of ruby shards. A dark rain cloud hung over the Hikawa Shrine. Her parting words rang over the Shrine.
"Daijobu d yo, Shinikio-kun, my love. We pull this job off, and we can easily manipulate other people to destroy those accursed copycats. We will rule the world as one, side-by-side, a King and Queen, the populous our pawns, the world our chessboard. We will force them into checkmate...."

"Rei? I need to see you right now! I think something's wrong with Hino-sempai."
"What else is new?" Rei answered, rolling her eyes. "Guys, I'll be right back. A Yuuchiro-baka calls and I gotta be on duty.....AGAIN. Honestly, men can't take care of anything!" (Okay, so I'm one to talk. Why do females think we can't handle lots of stuff when we can?) The others nodded in agreement. Rei headed out of the room and the other four could hear her and Yuuchiro arguing.
"Yuuchiro-baka, what's wrong? I was having a very important meeting-"
"Well, look at your grandfather!"
"Yeah, so what? He's there. He's my grandfather still, what's wrong-" She stopped when she noticed Hino glowing a bright white.
"Reeeeeei! My curvacious, darling granddaughter!" Hino said, lunging at her, taking out his deadly, razor-sharp.......pair of panties. He launched them at Rei, seeing the Shinto Priestess in training backflip over them as they rammed into a wall.
"Yuuchiro! Get out of here! I think I can handle him!" Rei shouted. Yuuchiro took her word of heed and ran away from the Shrine and hid down the road for the time being.
"Now......to get rid of this evil again.....my scrolls lost their power, though." She hid behind a wall and whispered "Mars Star Power...." and transformed. Hino noticed the light coming from the transformation and glomped onto Sailor Mars while she was nude.
"You're a pretty attractive young lady! Did I mention you look like my granddaughter?" he said, trying to be flirtatious.
"Get off of me, you old perv!" Mars said, throwing him into a wall across the center yard.
"You wanna play rough, huh? I like playing rough!" He took out two bombs, fuses lit, and put each one in a bra cup. He pulled the bra back and released, flinging the two bombs at Sailor Mars.
"MARS FIRE SOUL!" She yelled, the bombs exploding on impact with the fire, doing minimal damage.
"Hold it right there you old lecher!" A familiar voice called. Hino looked towards them and glomped on everyone's favorite brunette.
"Baby got front!" he said, nuzzling between Sailor Jupiter's breasts. He was again flung into the far wall.
"Moon.....Healing......Activation!" Sailor Moon said, again doing her twirl, pointing the Scepter at Hino. A laser beam struck him, and a ruby popped out, shattering when it hit the ground. The fragments turned black.

"Well, scratch attempt #2 for those evil senshi!" Ami said. The others nodded in agreement.
"Now, if we can just get some more info...." Minako said. "But not now. I've gotta go home. My parents might be worried. Ja ne!" She said, running off. (And the quote of the day, folks, is from Crow! Crow: Bouncy bouncy....^V^)
"Me too. I gotta make sure no one broke in," Makoto chimed in, grabbing her coat and running out the door. "Ja!" Ami and Usagi left soon after, and Rei was left by herself. She flopped down onto her futon.
"Whew! What a day! I could really use a nap...." She mumbled before going to sleep.

"Who are you? Come out of hiding!" Sailor Mars said, staring into the darkness ahead of her.
"RUBY FIRESTORM RUSH!" A voice yelled from nowhere. Sailor Mars gasped at the impact of the ruby-red flame hitting her, burning her fuku slightly. A shadow walked towards her, and Mars gasped at what she saw.
