| First of all, you start with the choice of three pokemon, Charmander, Sqirtle, or Bulbasaur. I personally suggest Bulbasur for the beginners because he will do good against the first couple of gym leaders. Secondly, for more advanced trainers, Charmander because he does really well against the harder tainers at the end. First, when you get to Viridian City, get Oak's Parcel and take it to him to recieve a Pokédex. Go back to Viridian City. Go to the left sid in the grass and catch a Nidoran (female or male), and then go to the Viridian Forest and catch a Pikachu and a Caterpie. |
