| One time use fee. An individual song may be used in bulletins or song sheets or for projection that will be used on a single day and then disposed, or performed once (in a non-commercial church setting) for a one time user fee of $5.00 payable to: JJANA, PO Box 87, Willmar, MN 56201 Booklet or YEARLY use. These songs can be used for no additional cost for those registered with CCLI or LicenSing. Those not registered with these entities receive permission to use these songs by giving an annual free will offering. (Sugggested offering is $10 per year.) The Yearly fee also includes the right to any other lyrics or songs that are added to the web page. A hard copy of All 34 songs available is available for an additional $5.00 plus $3.50 shipping. You must have a current license to use any of these songs. All copies shall contain the words "© 1998 JJANA PO Box 87 Willmar MN 56201, used by permission." Copies are for use only by the church that pays the user fee. They may not be sold, rented or otherwise distributed. A single copy may be sent to another church for informational use only. These terms must be included with the single copy. If you wish to print or record these words along with a printed melody line and a musical arrangement, you must get permission from the owner of the original copyright for the tune and arrangement, for those songs that are still under copyright. (eg. The First Commandment) The copyright of the original lyrics and music of those songs still under copyright remain with the holder(s) of the original copyrights. |
