99 of Any Item
To get 99 of any item, first put the item you
want to multiply in the sixth item slot. Now use
FLY and go to Viridian City. Talk to the old
man almost all the way north of the town. When
he asks if you are in a hurry, say no and watch
him catch a weedle.

Right after that, fly to Fuchsia city. Make your
way south and, when you you reach the water's
edge, use SURF and make your way to
Seafoam island.

When you get to seafoam island, swim up and down the beach until you run
into a Pokemon called "M" (a glitch like Missingno.) Once you see him, kill
him or run away. DO NOT CATCH HIM! After that, you should have 99
of your sixth item!

Boss Tactics
Here are your best bets for beating the Pokemon Gym Leaders:

Brock: Use water or grass Pokemon against this rock trainer.
Misty: Use grass pokemon or electric to defeat this gym leader.
Leiutenant Surge: use a rock or ground pokemon and he's toast.
Erika: Use fire pokemon or flight against this plant lover and shatter
her dreams of fighting you again.
Sabrina: Use bug or ghost against this psychomaniac and she is a
goner.
Koga: This poison pokemon lover will be deafeted easily by using psy
pokemon.
Blaine: This fire trainer will use fire pokemon against you so you can
use water or ice.
Final boss: Giovanni, the team rocket leader, is the final gym leader -
use water, ice, plant and he's out of there (and talk to him again and
he says something to you).

In the Indigo Plateu you find 5 pokemon masters. Use this pokemon lineup
for a better chance of success:

1.Plant
2.Water, Plant, Flight, Ice
3.Psy
4.Ice or Dragon
5.Your choice

Celadon City Slot Tip
All of the slot machines have different odds, which change every time. Play
each machine 4 times, and if it hits 2 or more, then stick with that one,
because it's probably hot.

If the slow machine forces you really close to a 777 or Bar Bar Bar it will
probably give you one or the other soon.

Cut Down Grassy Areas
Once you get the HM "cut", your pokemon can cut down grassy areas. Use
"cut" and it will cut a two by two area. Wild Pokemon will not attack you in
the area you cut.

Defeating Sabrina
When you enter the Saffron City gym you'll see a warp next to a trainer.
Step into it. You'll appear in another room full of warps and a Trainer. Step
into the warp on your left. Then step into the warp below you. Then step
into the warp on your left. And then, step into the warp on your left.

Once you've done that you'll come in to a room with one warp and that's the
one your standing on. Now talk to the trainer in the room, and get ready to
defeat Sabrina.

Here are the Pokémon she will use:

Kadabra - L38
MR. MIME - L37
Venomoth - L38
Alakazam - L43

These are all phsycic Pokémon and very powerful. Your best bet against
these guys is a Venusaur or other grass-type Pokémon. Use your Razor
Leaf if you have a Venusaur.

Easy Level Gain
To easily gain experience, simply switch the Pokémon you want to train with
the top Pokémon on your list. When you go into battle the Pokémon will
pop out. You can then switch to another Pokémon. Once you win the battle
the beginning Pokémon and the fighting Pokémon will both gain experience
points.
Extra Damage
While fighting, select your desired attack. When it says you are going to use
that attack (eg. "Venusaur used Razor Leaf"), hold down the A button until
your opponent's life stops draining. If your timing was right you'll do more
damage than usual.

Fight Land Creatures in Water
To fight creatures that normally live on land in water, go to the water around
Cinnabar Island or Seafoam Islands (The only place you can be randomly
attacked while swimming.) Swim along the shore of any island and you will
fight land creatures. (You have to swim on a place where the square is half
land and half water.)

Instead of fighting a set group of monsters in the water, you actually fight
monsters from the last place you were. So to get safari zone monsters, you
need to go to the section of the safari zone with that monster, let your time
run out, then go to the coast. Using this trick I have caught Kangaskhan,
Scyther, and Tauros!

Fight the Elite Four More Than Once
First collect all eaight badges. Then go through victory road. Next beat the
Elite Four. After that your Pokemon will become Hall of Famors. Then the
credits will show, following by your game resetting. Go back to your
Continued Game. You will be back at home. Then fly back and beat them
again and again. This helps your higher leveled Pokemon becaus you can still
get a few thousand exp.

Get Mewtwo
After you have gotten all eight of your badges you need to go beat the
pokemon league. The credits will roll and then the menu pops up again. DO
NOT RESET THE GAME!!!! Go to Cerulean Citygo north to the brige
where you faced 5 trainers before the path to Bill's house. Turn left and there
will be a large area of water. Surf until you get to a cave. You will find
Mewtwo in that cave.

Get MissingNo.
Warning! Catch missingno in the red version may delete your old game and
prevent you from saving any other games.

To get MissingNo (a glitch) go to Cinnabar Island and go into the Pokémon
Research Labratory and trade with anyone in the first room. Then leave the
Lab and go to the EAST of Cinnabar Island and surf up and down on the
part where the land meets the water. Eventually the battle screen will come
up and the screen goes black for about 5 seconds.

Once you find him I suggest you use a Level 30 to 40 Pokemon. This is
because Missing No., even at Lv. 80, has a VERY low defense rating. So
get him down pretty low. Even at low he is still extremely difficult to catch.
So next get a Pokemon that knows a sleep move and put him to sleep.
Follow this up with a couple Ultra Balls and you should have him.

NOTE: Catching MissingNo. may cause minor glitches. Also note that if he
evolves (i.e., by receiving a Rare Candy) he will turn into a Khangiskahn.

Get the Mimic TM
Buy a Pokedoll in Celadon Mart, then FLY to Saffron and talk to the
Copycat. She will give you the Mimic TM.

Invisible Walls in Koga's Gym
If you look at the floors in Koga's Gym you will notice it has lines. In some
spots you will see little gaps in the lines. These "gapped lines" are the
invisible walls.

Level 100+ Pokemon
Follow these instructions to catch pokemon with really high levels.

1.Talk to the old man in Viridian City who shows you how to catch
pokemon.
2.Fly directly to Cinnabar Island.
3.Put your strongest pokemon on your team.
4.You might want to save now.
5.Surf on the shore where the land touches water.
6.Keep Surfing until you run into one of these strong pokemon.

These pokemon are well above level 100. Unfortunately, they will revert
back to Level 100 if they gain any experience points. Rare Candy is the only
thing that raises their level. They can be used in a two-player battle without
losing their level, so have fun liquidating your friends!

NOTE: This is a bug in the game. It will not work in newer versions of
Pokemon and may crash your game if you try it.

Secret Coins
At the Game Corner there are secret coins lying around. You can get these
coins by walking around and pressing the A button.

Stone and Trade Evolution
Some Pokémon will only Evolve when they have been traded. They are:

Before = After
Machoke = Machamp
Graveler = Golem
Haunter = Gengar
Kadabra = Alakazam

Some Pokémon don't Evolve till you give them a Stone. They are:

FS = Fire Stone
TS = Thunder Stone
WS = Water Stone
LS = Leaf Stone
MS = Moon Stone

Hint: You can get the stones in the Mart in Celadon City.

To Make and Ultra Ball, Great Ball, or a Poke Ball work as a Master Ball, when about to catch a pokemon. Throw a ball out. Press Ctrl Up and B. And then hold it. It should work as a Master Ball.

Safari Zone Code
1.Go to the Safari Zone and pay the 500 bucks to get in.
2.As soon as you get in the Safari Zone, leave.
3.The guy should ask, "leaving early?", say yes.
4.Then after you leave the Safari Zone, go to the Seafoam Islands, but don't go on the land.
5.Stay half in water and half on land (the coast) while you are still surfing on your Pokemon.
6.You should find wild Pokemon from the Safari Zone.

Get to Bill's secret garden:First have all 150 pokemon go to his house and press a+b near the teleporter.

3 ways to get mew:Beat the Elite 4 45 times and they will give him to u.Game shark way is put in 0115d8cf.U must have 150 pokemon go east of cerualean to the tall grass and hours or weeks later he will be thier.

To get pikablu:Get a Raichu to 99 and put him in the daycare till 100 and he will be pikablu.

Chrona Mew or mewthree:Get the mist stone and use it on mew or mewtwo.

Anthrax and Millenium:Put the code in for Anthrax 01bfd8c for millenium put in 01f564d1

Pokemon Breeding ( * NeW * )

1.Get a Pokémon over level 30 after you start a new game and have not beaten any gym leaders yet.
2.Beat Brock and then go to Misty and Beat her and yes with the pokémon over level 30.
3.After you beat Misty go find wild pokémon defeat the fist five and on the sixth one it will say pokémon breeding.
4.Defeat the sixth Pokémon and then go to prof. aok and give him all the breeded pokémon and he will give you a certificate.

Fish For Secret Things!!

People have told me that if you talk to the guy that gives you the super rod 100 times he will give you the ultra rod then you fish with the ultra rod and you maybe able to hook a hm or tm i think one is deep water swim wich lets you swim under water and find secret pokemon and new stones to evolve certain pokemon i think the wind stone evolves gengar into spooky the hm should be leap if you dont hook it the first time keep trying. p.s there are more towns then cobblestone town and elite 6 ,20,150 peolpe can use more then 6 pokemon but you cant for some resone also in one of the new town you get the hm hi fly and you can new bird pokemon like hohou the golden bird from the first episode of pokemon.

Easily Catch Safari Zone Pokemon!!

To easily catch Safary Zone Pokemon...In order to get Pokemon that are normaly found in the Safari Zone, all you have to do is: go to the Safari Zone, and the pokemon that you want, run away from, but there must be at least ten. The others, just throw rocks at! Then fly to Cinnibar Islands, Go to the Left where the land and sea (you must have surf), and surf where it is half land and half water(If i were doing this on an emulator, I would have a screen shot). The cool thing about it is, that you can battle them, and they wont run away!!!!!! If you use gameshark, and chiet, get masterballs to catch them instantly.

How To Get Pikablu in Pokémon Red and Blue

In Cerulean Caverns, Pikablu is very rare, and you need Max Repel to find her. Pikablu is found by using Max Repel. Before Max Repel wears off, one Pokemon might penetrate your Repel. This Pokemon will come in any form, but is strong. This is a great Pokémon to use your Master Ball on. Pikablu will attack with moves like Tunderswift and Quicklight.

How To Get Chartres

In Poketower, run from a Haunter and a Gastly and a Cubone and use Max Repel. Gastly, Haunter, and Cubone must be right one after another. Run from each. Then use Max Repel, as with Pikablu, one will penetrate your Repel, only this one will look like a mix between Charizard and Moltres.

How To Get Charticuno

This is in Viridian Forest. He will look like a mix between Articuno and Charmander. He will attack with both Fire and Ice attacks. He may also use Psychic. This is more commonly found in Poketower. To find him, faint all of these Pokemon in this order. In Viridian Forest: Caterpie, Metapod, Weedle, Kakuna, Pikachu In Poketower: Cubone, Marowak, Gastly, Haunter. To recieve Charticuno, you must have all the Pokemon listed above.

How To Get Melomagticuno

The most powerful Pokemon. He can only be found once, and that's in Rock Tunnel. You cannot use Flash. Melomagticuno is a Poison/Ice/Fire pokemon. Walk around until an Onix appears. He must then be followed by a Zubat, he must then be followed by a Paras, then a Geodude. All these must be at least 10 steps apart. When you see him, do not run! He is a level 90 Pokemon, but just putting him to sleep will let you capture him with an Ultra Ball. He attacks with moves like Fissure, Crumble, Fireball, Melomagticunokill, and Ice Dance.

Flareth Code

Fist have 150 pokemon then have 4 moltres in your game and only carry around them and no other pokemon. Then talk to the thirsty girl in celedon dep.store 100 times and she gives you Flareth.
Queenchu
Queenchu is said to be raichus evovled form i'm not sure if this is true but in gold and silver versions who knows there could be any thing i heard that there is going to be mewthree and cyromew and some more pikachu type pokemon called pikaflare and queenchu.Ok people say that to get queenchu you evovle raichu when he is on level 100 with a mist stone whitch is said to be found in seafoam island or someone said that to get the mist stone you have to use the item finder on every bit of land in the game and you'll eventually get the mist stone but i don't think that would work.Or evovle him with a thunder stone on level 100.I also herd that there is an electrachu but that has not been tested.But it's pretty weird because after you swap raichu for electrode and talk to the man he says raichu went and evovled so maybe their is a way to evovle raichu but know one knows for sure

Togepy
All you guys that watch the tv show pokemon would have probably seen or herd of togepy.He is that very cute egg guy that hatches out of Ashes egg but because he saw Misty first he thought that she was his mother so misty got to keep him.I once herd that if you surf up and down the water that leads to the power plant 50% on land and 50% on water 40 times you will eventually fight a togepy i haven't tried it but i don't think it works.
