You are our last defence against the aliens!
Last defence.
A giant force of evil aliens are heading for Earth. Nothing so far has been
able to stop them. However, the president has cleared operation "Last defence",
a last desperate hope for a dying world. The fate of the world now depends
on a single person: you!
After years of training at the Space Flight Academy, you feel
confident enough that you will be able to
stop this alien menace. The X-9, an experimental warship, is at your command, equipped with the
latest in weapons technology. Many spies have died to locate the route the
aliens must travel to get to Earth, but finally you have it in your hands.
You quickly find the perfect place for an ambush: a narrow tunnel in
hyperspace.
With your ship in position, you sit back in your pilot's chair and wait.
All of a sudden you see an alien ship on your radar screen, followed
by another. And another... And another... And hundreds of thousands of
more ships. You realise you have gravely underestimated the enemy's number,
but now it is too late. You lock your x-foils in attack position and
accelerate to attack speed...
Good luck. You are our best hope for a future and our last defence.
Actually this is game written in JavaScript. It is playable if you have
a pretty fast computer. Netscape is recommended, but it should work
alright on Explorer too. Control your ship with the mouse and shoot with the left
mouse button.
Click on the flying saucer to start.
