Seek, Knock and Ask

"Rejoice in the Lord always and again I say rejoice." (Philippians 4:4)
Yes my dear friend, when I set my mind to bring God's word to you, this particular verse came to my mind. So I would like to meditate on this verse today.
Even though we are living in a well civilized modern world, there are people who still suffer having been ignored, deceived, addicted, suffering due to fear, depression, confusion and oppression that hinder them from receiving the beautiful blessings that our loving God has for all of us. Normally it is not possible for a normal human being to rejoice in such a situtaion, but according to the above mentioned verse and the situations mentioned above, we have to rejoice even amidst all this. You may ask me the same question, "it is too easy to advice but it is not that easy for the same person when it comes for practice or in real life. Will you be able to rejoice in the Lord when you are put into such a situation?"
My answer to your question is a "Yes!". My life is in no way an exception to the life mentioned above, but yet I rejoice in the Lord. I console myself saying, "when I accept the good things, i.e. the blessings from God with all my heart and mind and rejoice, it is my duty to accept the sufferings and losses also in the same spirit and rejoice in Him." When you analyze with a sound mind, you will find that there are blessings hidden even in those sufferings. God's ways of working are beyond human comprehension. To me, life itself is a gift from Him whom I worship with all my heart. He is capable of changing all my sorrows and losses into joy and gain in a fraction of second. That is my faith. Great is the satisfaction that I derive from serving God through you for the past several years. I rejoice to realize the vast riches of blessing that God has in store for you. You are destined to be a challenger and in you is a real winner.
Dear friend, are you going through such a hard situation in life? Have you lost everything that is precious to you? Are you left all alone? Are you confused without knowing which way to go? All you have to do is just remember only one thing that God is waiting for you with all that you have asked for, everything you have lost and to show you the way which he wants you to go - you will start rejoicing in the Lord even without your knowledge.
Our God is an unchanging God who alone can give you the gifts that you could never imagine or long for. So my dear ones, it is time for you to 'seek' to exploit the treasure box of God because it is the seekers who always find. Let us 'knock' to discover the treasure house. Let us 'ask' what God has promised to give us, for it is they that ask who receive. Let us make life rich in every respect.
Once again let us join hands with the Lord and make this life rich, interesting and brighter!
Prayer:
Our loving Heavenly Father,
We thank you for blessing this day. I make a decision this day, to praise you not only in times of joy and happiness, but also during the times of failure and sufferings. Father, let me receive your blessings joyfully even though worldly things and happenings make me suffer agony. Teach me to rejoice always. Father, let the people with whom I interact also rejoice in You always. I make this prayer through the precious name of Jesus.
