| Christians seeking to learn threefold ministry of (Preaching the Gospel,Deliverance and Healing) Luke 4:18 |
A VIDEO ON SATANIC INFLUENCE:By RAY COMFORT and KIRK CAMERON: Satanic influence has alot to do with Deliverance in general so I posted this video to outline the parameters the devils uses that bring about the need for Deiverance! Bondage is the culmination of a deception perpetrated on the unassuming population who even though profess believing in God do not do the things God asks "Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity."(2nd Timothy 2:19) When a Christian lives a decieved lifestyle either because they are unknowledgable of what God expects or pursuing unGodly things they then are in opposition to God which means they become open to demonic influence! I am often asked about children "Thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them(idols), nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God [am] a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth [generation] of them that hate me,(Deuteronomy 5:9) The curse of iniquity can be passed even to the future generations ,but when we consider this,and how is it that we can be visited with iniquity! Obviously the Devil will preside over such things because they are the things of the Devil's work? Deliverance Ministry Overview: In the following article you will hear the word possession,the word possession today can imply two totally different meanings! The first literal meaning is ownership! The second definition of possesion is what we might describe as manifesting symtpoms that are demonic, such as levitation and cutting,speaking in languages the core person may not know or understand! So when I use this word I am not always implying ownership! Sometimes I am referring to the symptoms a person exhibits of demonic activity! I am a Deliverance Minister living currently in Phoenix, Arizona. I have served in the Evangelical Ministries for a little more than six years now. I have studied heavily in the area of Comparative Religions, Christianity, and Deliverance. I am married, and have six children, ranging in age from five to twenty two. My testimony is that before I came to the saving faith of Jesus Christ I was involved in the practices of the occult in the earlier years of my life! I was openly engaged in breaking most every commandment God has given according to how God views sin(hate in your heart being murder)! Now after living and serving a life for Jesus Christ I have found that peace that Christ gives, and found some answers to questions on Deliverance! God has blessed me with a solid marriage and with the things I lost over the tough years most importantly my family. God has brought healing and restoration to some of the roughest parts of my life. I am a life that was changed! I am writing this because I want to explain a few misconceptions people have about deliverance, and the ministry of Deliverance in general! I have heard many pastors and leaders express there thoughts on Deliverance. While these thoughts were seemingly biblical I was to find out later there teachings were not all based on experience in this ministry field. The problem I faced is that when I started to undertake participation in this field,most all the information I had been given on the subject was incorrect or very broad based, with little or no specifics. So here I am to share my experiences, and hope that if you find yourself like I did in the middle of an exorcism without some good experience ,you can in fact deal with it effectively, and with God's promises feel confident in some basic areas of Deliverance! The first thing we need to understand about Deliverance is that the Minister is just the vessel of authority God is choosing! If the deliverance is properly performed, and fasting is needed, required and met, it is then the power of God that takes precedence over the Deliverance itself! If the results you get are seemingly great, well praise be to God, and if the results of the deliverance were not as you hoped, praise God anyway, because ultimately God does the delivering! Persist and pray because in Deliverance it is the best way! No two Deliverances are the same and some are done in sessions rather than in an instant. So if for instance you feel like you are responsible for a deliverance that did not go as you hoped ,the fact is there can and often times are unresolved issues with the core person or inner healing that may still need to take place! Jesus walked right up to the man with Demons,and they were asked to give their name, and then they were cast out! This is how Jesus performed the exorcism on the man who was embattled with legion. (Luke 8:30) It however doesn't always happen like clockwork! I ran into my first violent demon while praying for a man who had attended seminary, he was a confessed Christian! He knew the bible, and prayed to Jesus, so this being the case he was also infiltrated with the demonic. When I say this I mean they(the demonic) controlled the speech and motor specific functions of this individual throughout the exorcism in which I was engaged! I was also involved in another exorcism which has been ongoing in the life of a young Christian teen. These demons were witnessed by three other individuals besides myself ,and they also controlled speech ,and the motor skills of the individual jokingly referring to their leader specifically as “the Father of lies!” Knowing this individual as I had, without undertaking the exorcism I may have never given this much thought as this person is spirit filled and believes in Jesus. The fact is when exorcists start to engage themselves in a rather diversified population. You find that the most of the exorcisms you will perform are on people who claim to know Jesus. My other point being that we should never conceive to embark upon exorcism of a firm non believer as the bible tells us their condition will become far worse if and when the demon returns, and does so with an entourage! Some exorcisms can be started on a non believer ,but that is only if they are ready and willing to accept Christ at some point in the exorcism. (the minister should not undertake the Deliverance if he doesn't percieve the subject of that deliverance wants to be a Christian.) Now we can always say we don’t believe in this, because it has never personally been experienced by us. The fact is that experience is the only way to draw an informed conclusion. My learning about exorcisms was twofold, God directed me to study to understand what they are all about. Then God let me engage the demonic in a threefold ministry! A threefold ministry is one of (Preaching the Gospel, Healing ,and Deliverance.) Demons are opportunists, they seek any right they can find to inhabit a persons Soul and Flesh ,but notice I never said Spirit. People are comprised of three different parts Soul, Spirit, and Flesh. When you are saved your spirit is now sealed by God! The Holy Spirit resides within you. However your soul and flesh can still be areas of use to the demonic. Believers cannot truly be possesed(meaning owned), but in describing a believer who is symptomatic and in need of exorcism we most often declare they are possessed(meaning overtaken)! Five years ago I would have shouted foul from the highest rooftops and grabbed my bible saying Christians cannot be possessed! Five years ago my ministry was not as a foot soldier ,but rather a desk soldier for Christ! Now I have been in the trenches and this is my conclusion Christians can and have been oppressed! In such a way that they(Demons)can overtake the bodily functions of a person and though possesion may not be the correct literal meaning it is the word we would most often call this person in society that exhibits these characteristics! If any should think that demons are false or imaginative I am here to say that man is deceived! We have an enemy, and he is well aware of our misinformed position on his status, because he loves us to be ignorant of his devices! Demons are secretive and will wait most often for the person to either become isolated or in the presence of a minister, or the open reading of God’s word before they will manifest! They know to show themselves openly means that the gig is up! When confronted the only course for them is advance or retreat. Sometimes they act like they have abandoned the core person, and they may seek retreat within that person! Which God can expose to the exorcist the truth ,if the exorcist knows how to ask for God to reveal the hidden spirits! Sometimes they advance which is why some exorcisms can become violent, even trained exorcists will often need help in subduing an individual because they are biting and screaming and barking and kicking! Yes interrogation of the demonic is needed to deal with demons because as they associate themselves with you ,you call upon God to subdue and bind the specific demons that you are dealing with at the time! Demons have different names while I find these names rather boring and silly, they, meaning the demons seem to relish the titles as if they were ranks. Lust, Murder ,Isolation and Poverty are just a few that when questioning them seem to be the operations they take are exactly what name they are given! For example Poverty may cause an individual to head toward a life of reclusive behavior! Almost always demons seem to be highly attatched to huge emotions ,such as excessive crying, yelling and strife! Demons seem to be somewhat like fuel to an already raging fire! They simply cause the original flame to take on a new more powerful nature! If your angry or disturbed by something the reasonable person may just say hey we need some time out here before we talk. A demon possessed person may not be able to stop in a moment of rage watching his life play out before him losing track of reality and fantasy because he has been highly influenced that his reality isn’t all that final, but we truly know if you murder someone it is final! Therefore demons may have a tough time over riding your free will, but sometimes they can charge your emotional state to an unreasonable pitch causing unforeseen circumstances. Demons may also charge themselves behind strongholds that a core person is not willing to give up such as alcoholism or pornography! This is something the minister should be aware of before the exorcism begins because if they leave and you are still maintaining an unhealthy lifestyle according to the word of God. The demon will return and you are no better off. Demons also like to make you think they are ghosts ,while this is a distraction to the unbeliever or the misinformed believer it is nothing but an assurance of the demonic presence to a deliverance minister! Let’s be clear now that witchcraft ,symbolic or otherwise is Demon Disneyland. Psychic’s and Mystics are doors into the spiritual realm, there is a demon escalator coming up to your floor loaded with misfits waiting to assail you! Tarot cards, and Horoscopes, are also what we call forecasting the future ,and Saul tried this in the bible, God sentenced his death because of it! You are in perilous danger if you put your hand to any of these things! Ouijja boards are Demon doorways, and you can bet if your hearing strange things, and or seeing dark apparitions it isn’t the Maytag repair man! Dead bodies are not to be touched as the bible tells us because the ramifications can also be demonic in influence, transfers of spirits is the result of this occultist practice! Curses as I have learned are real from responsible Christians who are mature in the faith and been exposed to certain situations that affirm curses. A curse as harsh as it sounds is just the opposite of a blessing. Instead of the flower coming to bloom in a curse it would whither and die! If your economic situation was being assailed by a curse then your finances would suffer continual hardship which we might call a struggle! Freemasonry is known to have many curses that are tied to it and Freemasons while taking oaths may not fully realize all that they are doing.However that will not exclude them from the curse that God will allow to then fall upon them, and their children who take the curses of bloodlines, and generations to themselves on down! Demons are generational legalists, if your grandfather practiced blood or animal sacrifice ,which is not foreign to native Americans ,and some Europeans who practice paganist rituals, you may have signs even from childhood of spiritual distortions either around you or within, It is not so uncommon for children to be in bondage occasionally to demonic forces. I have seen one exorcism of a child ,yet other ministers have mentioned in the past it is not uncommon! Demons are operating in a chain of command, they follow orders, and have most often one amongst them that we would call chief! It is not uncommon for lesser demons to exit the body before the deliverance begins sometimes they choose not to undergo deliverance while others seem to fight it out to the last breath! Chief would be any demon that is in the demonic hierarchy, and it is the one that needs to be controlled in the exorcism because all the others revolve around the leader if the leader falls than often times the others will disperse however binding the others to the chief and then casting him out is the ideal situation! If your at a loss, go after lesser Demons, and crumble the floor on which their leader stands! Demons are subdued by the authority given you in Christ ,and they will do as you command ,you need not shout but sometimes we think we need to be louder when commanding them to come out! They,(Demons) can be forced to speak clearly, and forced to look you in the eye, and forced to go where ever you tell them to go when they leave, the pit or wherever Jesus would send them is where I would command them to go! Demons can be made to speak there own sentences of judgment “I will go to the pit!” you can make them quote this with you! A demon can be forced to tell the truth by declaring he only tell you the truth, and the needed information to cast him out in your authority over him in Jesus name! Demons can be forced back with blessed objects such as the Cross or Holy Water, however this torment is what we do when the demon resist the exorcist. The Demon can be greatly harmed by the bible you hold before you it is as the word describes sharper than any two edged sword the Demons hate the word of God so much it causes them pain when the core person is touched in the stomach while declaring they are receiving a sword of judgment that cannot be withstood! Demons respond by shoving the core person back or to the side as the bible is presented to them! Demons can and always should be bound before beginning any exorcism and this is a reason for a lot of the chaos of some deliverances is an unbound demon that seeks to cause harm to an individual because they are not fully subdued! Demons can be bound continually, and I like to bind them continually. Limiting there movement capabilities, ensures a modest amount of control during the exorcism. Demons can transfer on occasion from one individual to another it is a demonic transfer of spirits, this may happen in an exorcism so we ask God to draw a line of protection about us using the shed blood of Christ so that there should be no transfer of spirits while we perform a deliverance! Just as a note non-believers should not be present as observers,this is my belief there may be an exception such as a doctor or specialist,yet I feel it is not a good practice! Demons are also subdued by the Holy Angels of God in a prayer we call this “Loosing!” We might ask God to Loose enough Holy Angels to guard us during a Deliverance and to subdue those demons who exit and also protect us from other unseen interfearance! While we effectually can and should "bind" all the demons in the place we are ministering, we can also call upon God our Father to release enough Angelic Hosts to block any advance on our position, to subdue and malevolent demon ,to enforce the wrath of God upon any particular demon that is hindering the deliverance ask the Angels of God to smite this Demon ,and he will soon find himself in a battle with God’s hosts of Angels who will draw swords ,and slash the one demon who will not relent! God will send help for you and God will work with even a lack of experience on your part ,but remember if your ministering to a demonically involved individual you should be right with God, examine yourself before you approach a battle, and does God’s word affirm your stance ,are you living a Christ like life and do you repent daily for sin in your life? A minister can and will be effective in the hands of God if he himself has comformed to the word of God with a passion to rightly divide truth, and a strong and compassionate desire to set the captives free! (Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Thank God for victory in, -Romans 7:25 So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

| The Demonic have been known to...... 1. Assail people while they sleep, while this is regarded as a larger problem than most would admit the facts reported by some Christian ministers say the number is alarmingly high. The demons considered responsible for this are Incubbus and Succubus also known as familiar spirits! They have been known to cause the victim to feel as though they have been molested often times causing the release of fluids and physical pain in some cases. Answer: This is a common issue and the answer is Deliverance by a well informed Minister! Things that will help this situation are speaking the name of Jesus and repeating it as a command for the spirit to leave! In some cases this will stop the attack! Sometimes the attack is over before the victim realizes what is fully happening to them! 2. Demons have been known to openly confront Ministers while they sleep waking them up to harass them! This has never been the case with me, but I have heard this has happened to others! 3. Demons will persist in telling you there is no need for a Deliverance often times this is when you are considering scheduling one! They may use a first person mindset like "I dont need that in my life,it will never work for me!" These kind of thoughts merely keep people from recieving spiritual freedom that is desperately needed! 4.Demonic activity will increase usually when you begin spiritual warfare,this is because you are stirring up the nest! 5.Demonic activity such as witchcraft may cause some Deliverance to take longer and require more individuals to perform the exorcism. Exorcist's can... Bring down the Holy Angels of God("Loose or Loosing") to subdue a Demon or Demons! "Bind" the Demons,asking for them to be bound with Iron chains and fetters! "Bind" the hands and feet with the three-stranded cord from Eccliesiastes 4! "Bind" all Demons in the area of the Deliverance or whenever needed! (often times in situations that are argumentative you may bind demonic influences!) Choose were the Demon is sent whether it is the "Pit" or with Christ! Choose that the Demon should continually look them in the eye when ministering! Choose which Demonic influence they wish to confront by name! Choose to ask God to bring the next Demon up that God wishes to recieve judgment! Choose to stop the exorcism at any time pushing the Demon down to torment! Choose to bring wrath upon the Demonic by implementing the Bible as a sword placing it upon the stomach or center of the back) often times Demons will squirm when this happens or when you place an open bible upon the subjects forehead! Choose to bring Demons before God for His choice of wrath! Choose to have the Angels bind the Demon and read him scripture continually! Choose to force the Demons to speak only the truth as is needed for the session because they must under the authority of Jesus Christ! Choose to cast out Demons with no legal right or underlying stronghold! Commit themselves to territorial spiritual warfare over areas such as public places this means praying for covering and loosing of Angels and binding all spirits opposing God! (such prayer needs to be consistant as this opens the minister up to more spiritual warfare in some cases! Choose to preach Deliverance and set the captives free! Exorcist should be... Freely Ministering Deliverance(freely you recieved,freely give!) Right with God(Repentance) Humble(Forgiveness) Peaceful( loving of others) Caring Concerned( willing to engage) Wearing the Armor God gave them!(Ephesians) Considering all who will participate carefully and prayerfully! Diligent or Persistant to help until the ministry is completed! Guided by the Holy Spirit!(prayer) In the Word(Strength) Fellowshipping with other Christians(Healing,Sharing and Gathering) Faithful and strongly convicted about the Deliverance(not easily discouraged) Fasting or willing to Fast if nescessary(God's answer to your quest for freedom maybe to petition by fasting and prayer!) Willing to learn and trying never to get discouraged(Exorcism can take months,maybe more) Knowledgeable that Christians can in fact be possessed(this is not debateable to missionaries or those in the trenches) Knowledgeable that Deliverances require strongholds be torn down and inner healing sometimes needs to take place! (fragmented core person) Knowledgeable that Demons have legal rights and these need to be dealt with for Deliverance to take place trying to force a Demon who will not go because he has got the right to maintain and occupy will be a tough exorcism! Knowledgable that Demons are generational,and sometimes they run down family trees. Knowledgeable that Demons operate around curses(opposite of a blessing) such as bringing a book on witchcraft into your house. It would be a welcome sign to the Diamon! Knowledgeable that Ghosts are in fact Demons and that those who would believe in ghosts are lacking the spiritual knowledge to discern such things! Wrong beliefs some people have on exorcisms.. Can a Christian be possessed? (YES) (Check out the story of Abraham's Daughter fully!)(Jesus never denied her) (Check out Jesus and his reply to the Pharisees who said they were children of Abraham!) (He denied them) Do we have a real need for this deliverance today?(YES) Luke 4:18 (a recently released poll of some 1500 plus college students said over 400 of them had direct contact with a Ouijja Board! (700 plus had some form of occultic issue in their lives!) I would have seen this before if it were real?(NO) (There are only four ministries in Phoenix alone that openly offer Deliverance) (While some churces will do this type of ministering on occasion most have passed it by) (Most deliverance is done privately in the presence of only secure believers outside these churches) Do you always have violence in exorcisms?(NO) (Some exorcisms are brief right to the point and God delivers the person afflicted like lightning!) (Some exorcisms require no real physical restraints and little if any loud actions!) (Some exorcisms can be more physical as the strongholds of a person afflicted are more intense like because of involvement in Freemasonry or Witchcraft! In these case the person may be passivly restrained so that they don't hurt themselves or others) Demons are not real?(YES they are!) (They are in fact real and will converse openly in some cases) (They are not open to the person who is not looking for them,unless they have that person in strong bondage in most cases!) (They in fact are seperate entities ,and they have individual characters, and wills as any seasoned exorcist can describe!) (They can cause skin to tear and levitate their victims in some isolated cases,they have tremendous use over the vocal cords at times and let out house shaking screams!) (They don't like being confronted by the bible or the cross(being that the cross is blessed)some people like wearing items like crosses often times they are not blessed so it becomes just a relic to the Demon!) (Blessed items they shun!) Does getting my house blessed mean it will be free from Ghosts?(NOPE) (blessing your home means it will be at times uncomfortable for the Demon ,but if that Demon has a legal right to be there and you are not living a Christ centered life,your blessing is folly to them?) (Blessing are the opposite of a curse but if your holding on to occultic items such as grandpa's Freemasonry regalia or sisters book of spells your going to have Demons visit regularly they may even escort the pastor inside! ) (It's like putting a bandaid on a gunshot wound 5 inches across when you defy what the bible teaches and then want it blessed!) What really works against Demons in spiritual warfare ARMOR OF GOD(EPHESIANS)1st thing! F-A-I-T-H and T-R-U-S-T in God that you have what you ask and that He will do as He says..... Keeping an inventory of what kind of things you take to your person!(movies,objects,crystals and actions such as language these things can render you weak in areas of spiritual warfare!) laugh if you need to, but if you study long enough you may just thank me later. A Believer(non believers don't, and shouldn't concern themselves with Demons they need Jesus first!) Renunciation of sin,Repentance of sin(before any warfare otherwise your a casualty) Forgiveness(God forgives as we forgive,unleashing the power of God in our lives is key!) Binding and loosing as described above these methods are biblical and when used in warfare they are effective! Pleading the shed Blood of Jesus Christ (AS A COVERING) the Diamon (Demons) hate this even witches at times know when a believer has been praying for a covering of the Blood of Christ over a home daily or business! Praying often and without ceasing daily over areas you work and live use scripture! (No weapon of warfare formed against me shall prosper,ever tongue that rises against me in judgment shall be condemned for my righteousness is of you!) ask God to perform this in your life! Praying for healing of infirmities (Demons seem to be linked many times to sickness and depression) Pray against sickeness over each part of the body! In prayer over a person ask God to reveal the true reason for their sickness,force the issue plead with God in front of the individual, this could also bring open confrontation with the Demonic if this happens bind them in Jesus name say it over and over!! Ask God for Angels of protection and ask God to have them(the Angels) push the Demons down to torment! A Deliverance Minister JESUS,JESUS JESUS is the way! |

| Spiritual Warfare Prayer(grab a towel and place it in your lap!) (ask God to" loose" as many Angels as needed to protect you while you perform this self exorcism in Jesus name!) Please do not attempt this if your an unbeliever,as your condition could worsen! (This prayer although originally made to combat eating disorders it is wonderful in drawing out the Demonic, and setting the captives free!) Yet one who truly wants to be free from Demons needs both the desire and will to proceed! If one has no desire to be set free from the spirits and pricipalities then the Demons will most likely return after the exorcism! Last if you are going to recite this prayer do it with authority and conviction and a true desire for freedom understand this prayer may not release every demonic spirit in your life, but it may give you a bit of freedom from the common bondage some Chrisitans face(If in the middle of this prayer you feel the need to openly gasp or burp uncontollably do so try not to hold back anything that wants to come up! Speak the prayer as firmly as you can until you can no longer control your speech desiring the demon leave and insisting upon it in your heart!) Command anything leaving or exiting your body to be placed immedietly under the control of JesusChrist and have Jesus send the Demon where he desires!)as soon as you can regain your speech!
