-Episode 3 is set to take place about one or two years after episode 2 -Rumored titles for episode 3 are: FALL OF THE JEDI FALL OF THE REPUBLIC -Production staff: George Lucas (screenwriter and exective producer) Rick McCallum (Producer) Robin Gurland (Casting Director) Gavin Bocqet (Production Designer) James Earl Jones (Dub Vaders voice) Doug Chiang (Art Supervisor) -In a Q&A meeting James Earl Jones stated that George Lucas had asked him to provide the voice of Vader for the third installment of the new trilogy. Earl Jones claims the part is 5 minutes long and it is unknown whether these 5 minutes will be at the end of episode 3 or be throughout the movie like a flashback. -Episode 3 will see the fall of the Jedi and the Republic It will see Darth Sidious rise to the supreme and form the Empire. -Luke and Leia are set to be born at the end of EP3 and taken into hiding from the Empire as they are seen as a "New Hope"... -Supposedley we'll get to see Uncle Owen who is Obi-wans brother and who looks after Luke. -Lucas reportedly wanted to film a scene in a volcano for EP3 -Heres a supposed battle scene from the end of EP3.... The Kaiburr Cyrystal is what takes Anakin to the Dark Side The location of the Crystal is on the Volcanic world of Sigma Vulcanus. There Anakin uncovers the Kaiburr crystal. Before he can bring it back to Palpatine he encounters his master Obi-Wan Kenobi. They fight and Anakin loses his lightsaber. As he tries to reach for it a cataclysmic earthquake rocks the planet throwing Anakin (with the crystal) into boiling lava. Darth Sidious saves Anakin and seduces him into the dark side. Anakin is forced to wear the vader suit as means of survival from his fall. Meanwhile Kenobi with tears in his eyes and anguish in his heart, picks up Anakins lightsaber saber and leaves. Kenobi later on gives Anakins saber to LukeSkywalker in Episode 4 " A New Hope". |
