(How they came together)
Well, it all boils down to this...
Chris Kirkpatrick started the whole thing, he talked with Lou Pearlman (the same guy who made BSB) and there was something going on about groups. Well Chris decided he was goin to start a group. With that in mind he met Justin Timberlake. Justin, in return, knew JC from MMC and he joined the group. When the were out at a club one day, they met a Joey Fatone. He was one of the first guys JC Chasez met when he moved to Orlando and he worked at Universal where Chris also worked so they knew each other. They hit it off great as a group. They were practicing with this guy named James but got rid of him. But something was missing to them, a bass. Well Joey couldn't get deep enough so they were stuck. So Justin called his vocal coach he knew the perfect guy, a Lance Bass. Now they have a group but what about a name. That's where Justin's mom came in. She thought they were pretty in synch and she found out that the last letter of their names spelled N Sync using Lance's nickname, Lansten (justiN chriS joeY lansteN jC) so that's how the dirty pop group was formed. |
