I am wondering about my life

I'm searching for my wife

I know not if I'll find her

Because no one will unblind her

I just don't know what to do

I looked the world over for you

I went to France to see you there

But all I found was air

I searched high and low

Always looking for the flow

I didn't know where to look

It wasn't written in a book

I dream of when I'll find you

I know just what I'll do

I'll comfort you when your sad

I'll make you happy and glad

I'll be devoted for life

By asking you to be my wife

But everywhere I look

I find less the a nook

I dream of where we'll go

But mainly I want to know

Do you love me

I ask this of thee

Am I on a fool's errand

When we meet will my love come to an end

For now I only know I love you

I'd do whatever you asked me to

Just please don't ask me to go

Your my heart and soul you know

I'm wanting for us to be true

I need to hear "I Love You"

I'm guessing you get the drift

You make my heart lift

Together we'll touch the sky

To me I ask you to never lie

I just want to hold you

My love is eternally true

We are destined to be

Look inside and you will see

I'm now going to ask

This seems like an impossible task

But I need the truth

If you say yes I'll be like Babe Ruth

Hitting all the bases

Not worrying about passing faces

I stil am often wondering

If by asking will I be blundering

So tell me now I ask you

Is our love to be true
