You get off the bus and look around As usual you here the sound Students laughing sharing stories Guys reminiscing old glories Girls chatting about any and all You hope and pray for a good fall This year is your last Thank God for it will be a blast Teams and grades were continually trying You kept on passing sometimes lying Parents thinking your doing all right And now your back and see the sight Same old same old no new story Except that this will be your last glory Your grading this year you won't fail As long as you try you've got it nailed You meet up with your buddies And think about the new year's studies No matter what you promised yourself You'd pass and graduate with stealth As you head off for home room You pray the year will zoom |
