Match #1: Six Man Tag Match
Bubba Ray, D-Von & Spike Dudley vs. X-Factor
X-Factor came right down to the ring after the Dudleyz and Spike was picked up by his brothers and used as a human torpedo on their opponents. Spike and Justin Credible then started off the match in the ring and Spike hit a cross-body and went for an early cover. Justin kicked out and tagged in Albert. Spike went for the Dudley Dog and Albert countered and tagged Credible back in.
Justin stomped away at Spike in the corner and the smallest Dudley was finally able to get free and tag in D-Von. X-Pac was tagged in and came right in and sidekicked D-Von to the mat. Albert was then tagged in and he came right in and used pure power on the battered D-Von Dudley. D-Von was then pulled out and slammed into the ringpost by the other members of X-Factor.
Justin got the sidewalk slam on D-Von and then slammed him into the ringpost. He went over and tagged in Albert once again and Albert his a double-underhook suplex and then went for the cover. Spike saved D-Von and then X-Pac was tagged in. He quickly tagged out and D-Von hit both him and Credible with a double clothesline.
D-Von finally got up and tagged in Buh Buh. He Buh Buh Bombed X-Pac and then went for the cover. Albert tried to stop the count, and Buh Buh moved and Albert hit his own teammate. Buh Buh then took down X-Pac and D-Von went upstairs for the Whassup Flying Heatbutt. He hit the move and D-Von then went outside and went for a table, but was stopped by a clothesline from Albert.
In the ring, the X-Factor took down Buh Buh in the ring while D-Von was down on the outside, and X-Pac made the cover and finally got the 3-count. After the match, Albert took Buh Buh to the top, but D-Von threw him off and him and Spike went on the attack. Buh Buh got down and Buh Buh and D-Von hit the 3D on X-Pac through a table Justin Credible brought into the ring.
Winner(s): X-Factor
In the parking lot area, a limousine pulled up and two men stepped out followed by an English woman who was all dressed up. She was the Duchess of Queensbury. William Regal walked up and approached the woman who he called his Ladyship and she thanked him for inviting her. The men then took her away so she could get settled down.
Lilian Garcia interviewed Kurt Angle and he talked about his match with Benoit and said he would take him out in their match. He then told Garcia to leave because he had to polish his gold metals.
They then showed clips of Jerry Lynn winning the Light Heavyweight Title from Crash Holly on Sunday Night Heat on MTV.
Match #2: Hardcore Title Match
Rhyno vs. Raven
Rhyno came to the ring first followed by Raven who had a shopping cart full of weapons for the match. Raven got to the ring and unloaded some of the weapons and then got into the ring. Raven reached down for a Stop sign and Rhyno came at him from behind. Raven hit a drop toehold and Rhynp hit the sign face-first. Raven smashed Rhyno over the head with a trash can and then went for the early pin.
Rhyno ran right through a trashcan that Raven was holding on the ring apron and sent Raven to the floor. Rhyno set up the ring steps and slammed Raven into them. He then set Raven down in a folding chair and pummeled away at him. Rhyno then jumped off the stacked steps and nailed Raven in the chair. They got back in the ring, Raven nailed Rhyno with a forearm shot and then went back to the outside.
Raven knocked out Rhyno with a trashcan and then Rhyno fired back with a trashcan lid of his own. He slammed Raven right in the head and the nailed him with a sign in the face. Raven was down in the aisle and Rhyno continued to beat him with the sign. Rhyno went for the cover and only got a 2-count.
Raven made his way back to the ring and Rhyno threw the shopping cart and trashcans into the ring. The cart nailed Raven in the face and he hit the mat hard. Rhyno went to work on Ravens back and then whipped him into the ropes. Raven hit a desperation drop toehold and Rhyno hit the shopping cart face-first.
Rhyno got up and Raven started nailing him in the head with a handicap metal sign. He whipped him into the corner and then came out with a huge bulldog. Raven made the cover and only got a 2-count. Raven and Rhyno both went for weapons and Rhyno got the shopping cart. Raven hit Rhyno with a trashcan in the chest and went for the cover. Rhyno kicked out.
Rhyno was in the corner and Raven wheeled the shopping cart right into his mid-section several times. Raven then went for a trashcan lid shot, and Rhyno nailed him with it and went for the pin. Raven got up slowly and Rhyno went for his Spear. Raven moved and Rhyno went sailing into the shopping cart. Raven started nailing him with a sign and then covered him and got a 2-count. Raven had the kitchen sink. He swung at Rhyno and missed and Rhyno his Spear and won the match.
Winner: Rhyno
Jim Ross and Paul Heyman talked about the Shane McMahon/Big Show match and said that Shane had no chance, but he still was showing no fear. They then showed clips of Shane provoking Big Show by reading his fake fairy tale earlier in the week.
Michael Cole then interviewed Shane and asked him if it was smart to provoke the Big Show before the match. Stephanie then came in and told Shane to apologize to Vince and get the match called off. Shane said it was not necessary and Stephanie told him he lived in a fantasy world and that was his main problem. Shane said the fairy tale would come true and he walked away.
Kevin Kelly then interviewed Steve Austin as he and Debra walked in. He talked about the Main Event and got in Kellys face and talked his usual shit and then walked off.
Jonathan Coachman tried to interview the Duchess of Queensbury and he asked her what the Duchess of Queensbury match between Regal and Chris Jericho meant. Regal then ran in and said he could not interview her and told him to leave or he would send him back where he came from.
Match #3: Duchess of Queensberry Rules Match
William Regal vs. Chris Jericho
William Regal came down to the ring first with a big smile on his face as usual. Regal got on the mic and introduced the Duchess into the arena. She came down accompanied by two men in black suits. There was a huge red chair set up for her at ringside and she sat down in it to watch the match. Chris Jericho then came down with a microphone in his hand and they announced that he made his WWF debut in this arena. Jericho got on the mic and said that he thought the Duchess of Queensbury looked like a picture on the screen. It was a picture of regal in a thrown with a weird smile. He said that the Duchess looked like a man and that Queensbury must be an ugly place. Jericho then came down and the match went underway with Y2J taking the early advantage.
Jericho nailed Regal with a flying forearm and sent him to the outside. Jericho slammed Regal into the security rail and then rolled him back into the ring. He went upstairs and went for a missile dropkick, but missed and hit the mat hard. Regal hit a suplex and covered Jericho for a 2-count. Regal kicked Jericho in the head and then when he fell smiled and waved to the crowd.
Jericho got up and Regal hit him with a European Uppercut. Regal then locked Jericho in a reverse chin lock. Jericho fought out and Regal then went upstairs. Jericho knocked William off the ropes and both men were down. They both got up and Jericho started throwing fists and knife edges at Regal. He knocked him down with a flying forearm and then hit a big bulldog.
Jericho leaped off the middle rope and hit Regal with a Lionsault. He started to go for the cover and the bell sounded. The ring announcer stated that the time limit for Round 1 was over. Jericho looked stunned and Regal rolled him up and almost got the 3-count. Regal then catapulted Jericho and then suplexed him back onto his head.
Jericho was down and Regal went for the Regal stretch. He has some trouble locking it in, but he finally got it and Jericho inched over and tried to reach the ropes. He finally got a hold of the bottom rope and Regal let him go. Regal picked up Jericho and tried to suplex him, but Jericho rolled through and got him in the Walls of Jericho. Regal tapped out and the bell sounded. Howard Finkel then got on the mic and said that the rules state that you cannot win by submission. So the match would go on.
Chris Jericho got out of the ring and stated walking toward the Duchess. Regal came after him and started fighting him on the outside. Regal went over and took the scepter from the Duchess and knocked Jericho out with it. Finkel then said that according to the Duchess of Queensbury rules, there are no DQs. They then got back in the ring and the match continued.
Regal was annihilating Jericho in the ring. He went for a cover twice and only got a 2-count. Regal picked him up and went for a back suplex, but Jericho landed on his feet and took him down with an inzuguri. Both men were down and they slowly got to their feet. Jericho threw desperation blows at Regal and then backed him into the corner and started kicking him. He whipped him into the opposite corner and followed up with a clothesline and then nailed Regal in the jewels and he rolled out of the ring.
Regal fell over onto the Duchess and got away from her fast. Jericho took down Regal and then went for the Duchess. He pulled her out of her chair and rolled her into the ring. He locked her in the Walls of Jericho and she was screaming. Regal came in and whaled Jericho with a chair numerous times and then covered him and won the match.
Winner: William Regal
Vince McMahon was in the backstage area and the Big Show came into his lockerroom. Vince asked Show if he was ready for the match tonight. Vince told him that even though he is Vinces son, he does not want him to hold back on Shane. Show said he was going to annihilate Shane and be the last man standing. Vince congratulated Big Show in advance and they both laughed.
Match #4: 30-Minute Ultimate Submission Match
Chris Benoit vs. Kurt Angle
Kurt Angle came down to the ring first and ripped on Chicago and the fans as he usually does. After his speech, Benoits music hit and he walked down to the ring. They announced that there would be a 30-second rest period in between each decision. They locked right up and Benoit backed Angle into the corner and the ref split them up. Angle executed a single-leg takedown on Benoit and then both wrestled up to their feet and paced around each other once again.
Angle got another single-leg takedown and wrestled to a verticle base once again. Angle got another takedown and then Benoit reversed and locked in Angle. Benoit managed to get Angle in the Crippler Crossface, but Angle was in the ropes and he was forced to let go. Angle rolled out of the ring and Benoit was held back by the referee. Angle got a huge waist takedown and then got up and took down Benoit again. Benoit nearly got him in the Crossface again.
They got to vertical base again and then locked up another time. Angle got Benoit in a waist lock, but Benoit reversed it and slammed him out of the waistlock. They went to the outside and Benoit got him in the waistlock again and locked in the Crippler Crossface. Angle tapped, but it did not count since it was on the outside.
Benoit got back in the ring and waited for Angle. Angle was holding his shoulder and looked to be hurting. Angle ran at Benoit and got him in a leglock and turned it into a submission leglock and Benout quickly tapped out and they went into their rest period.
Angle started kicked the knees of Benoit and then chop blocked him to the mat. He repeately hit the chop blocks on Benoit and on his third attempt, he got locked in a submission hold. Angle almost broke free, but Benoit locked him in an arm lock and Angle tapped. With around 21-minutes left in the match, the score is tied 1-1.
Benoit tried to get Angle in the arm breaker once again, but Angle reached the ropes and got free. Benoit hit a shoulder breaker on Angle and then whipped him chest-first into the corner. Angle was lying on the ropes and Benoit tried to pull him away. Benoit backed off and then came back and Angle reached down and swung a chair back and nailed Benoit. Angle got Benoit in an ankle lock and he tapped out to put Angle ahead 2-1.
Angle came right over and got Benoit in his own hold, the Crippler Crossface and Benoit tapped out. This put Angle in the lead with a score of 3-1. Benoit got up and Angle tackled him into the ropes. Angle laid Benoit across the ring apron and nailed him with elbows from the outside. Angle back suplexed Benoit and went for the Ankle lock, but Benoit reached the ropes.
Benoit rolled out of the ring and Angle slammed him into the announcers table. Angle rolled Benoit back into the ring and whipped him into the ropes. Benoit held on and then elevated Angle over the top rope, onto the outside. Angle was slammed into the ringpost and then Benoit followed up with knife-edge chops and a shot to Angles shoulder.
Angle reversed a whip from Benoit and sent him into the steel ring steps. Angle locked Benoit in the Ankle lock on the outside and the ref finally made him break the hold. Angle picked up Benoit and rolled him back into the ring. Benoit was holding his knee and Angle went for the arm-breaker again. He could not get the elbow hyper-extended and Benoit finally got to the ropes and was let free. Angle then got Benoit in the abdominal stretch in the middle of the ring, but Benoit did not tap. Benoit broke free and got behind Angle. He whipped him over and tried to get him in the arm-breaker, but Angle used the ropes and got out.
Benoit took down Angle and got him in the Sharpshooter. Angle did not submit. Angle picked up Benoit for a suplex and Benoit rolled through and got Angle in a leg lock. Angle tapped out and this made the score 3-2, with Angle still in the lead. At this point, there was still 11-minutes left in the match.
Angle rolled out of the ring and paced around the ring to gain some energy. Benoit followed him out and slammed him into the ring steps. Benoit got in the ring and Angle started kicking him down. Angle threw Benoit to the outside after a rake to the eyes and attacked him when he tried to get back in the ring. Benoit finally got back in the ring and Angle suplexed him to the mat.
Angle backed Benoit into the corner and whipped him to the opposite side. Angle got Benoit in the drop toehold and went for another Ankle lock, but Benoit was close to the ropes and got free. Angle tossed Benoit out of the ring. He followed him out and slammed him into the security rail. Angle then got back in the ring and waited for Benoit to get back to his feet and into the ring.
Benoit got back in the ring and Angle tried to kick him in the gut, but Benoit hit a leg-lace takedown and then went for a dropkick, but he missed and fell to the mat on his back. Angle got Benoit in another leg submission hold and Benoit could do nothing but throw elbows into the side of Kurt Angle. The ref lifted the arm of Benoit twice and it did not fall the third time. Benoit tried to sit out, but could not get up.
Angle then moved into a reverse chinlock and Benoit finally got to his feet. Benoit broke the hold with a jawbreaker and both men got up slowly. Benoit ran at Angle and was kicked right down and then Angle followed up with kicks to the mid-section. Angle belly-to-belly suplexed Benoit and then picked him right up off the mat. Benoit reversed a whip by Angle and threw him into the corner and finally gained an offense.
Angle and Benoit switched the momentum of the match several times and Benoit finally got Angle in an Ankle lock. Angle tapped out and the score was tied at 3. Angle was laying near the ropes as Benoit kicked away at him. Angle nailed Benoit with a low blow when he got the advantage and he got Benoit in the Ankle lock with 30-seconds left. Benoit got free and Angle suplexed him and got him in the Ankle lock again.
The time expired and Benoit tapped out after the bell sounded. Angle walked out and thought he had won the match. The referee demanded that the match continues into Sudden Death and the next submission would crown a winner in the match. Angle ran back to the ring and started kicking away at Benoit and then suplexed him to the mat hard.
Benoit was fighting to hi feet as an Angle Sucks chant started. Angle tried to get Benoit in the abdominal stretch from the mat, but Benoit took shots at Angle faces and then locked in the Crippler Crossface. Angle wasnt far from the ropes, but he could not reach them and was forced to tap out. Chris Benoit got his 4 fall and won the match 4-3.
Winner: Chris Benoit
The Undertaker and Kane were shown talking in the backstage area. Taker was doing all the talking. It looked to be a very serious conversation.
Stephanie and Triple H were shown in the back asking what Taker and Kane might be talking about. Triple H did not seem to care and Stephanie then said that Shane would be sorry tonight and he was stupid for not listening to her. Triple H agreed and said that Shane has always lived in a fairy tale world.
Match #5: Last Man Standing Match
The Big Show vs. Shane McMahon
The Big Show came down to the ring first and waiting in the ring. Shane then came down to the ring with his new theme music and he had his fairy tale book in his hand. Show ran out of the ring and came after Shane. Shane ran from him and grabbed a chair and then ran under the ring. Show looked under the ring for him and Shane came out on the other side and whacked Show with a Kindo stick.
Shane kept nailing Show with the stick and finally Show grabbed the stick and clotheslined Shane hard to the outside mat. They got back in the ring and Shane nailed Show with the chair 6-7 times and finally got a shot to the head to knock him down. The ref went for the 10-count and Shane went to the outside for weapons from under the ring.
Shane put on a gas mask and jumped on Big Shows back and put a cloth with some kind of substance over his face that made him drop to his feet. Show finally hit the mat and was out cold. Vince then ran down and slammed Shane over the back with a chair. Shane got up and Vince nailed him in the head with and chair and walked out.
The Big Show finally got up and went toward Shane who was still down and out. He picked up Shane and slammed him into the corner while the referee was already at 8. Show slammed Shane to the mat and the ref started the count again while Show yelled to the crowd.
Shane reached the ropes and pulled himself up to his feet. Show grabbed him in the corner and slapped Shane in the chest and then put him on the top rope and slammed him off it to his back. The ref got to an 8-count again and Show picked Shane back up and chokeslammed him and the count started again. The ref got to 8 once again and Show picked him back up and got him in a Torture Rack. Test came into the ring and took Show down and started whaling at him. Show fought Test to the outside and threw him into the crowd and then into the steel ring steps.
Test tried to make his way down the aisle, but Show followed him and slammed him into some of the metal set near the entrance. Shane followed them down the aisle with a sign and he attacked Show from behind. Show went back and got a steel pipe and came at Shane with it. Shane ran to the metal entrance and started climbing up.
Show started to follow him up and Test pulled him down and started hitting him with the sign. Show tried to chokeslam Test, but he broke free with a low blow. Shane was now at the top of the huge entrance set and Show was down on the side. Test signaled for Shane jump down, and Shane hit a leg drop from the top right onto The Big Show! They were both out.
Test pulled Shane up on some kind of beam and the referee counted out Show and declared Shane McMahon the Last Man Standing. Test carried Shane o |
