 Sailor Moon Biography Tsukino Usagi (Serena) is the daughter of Queen Serenity, wife to Chiba Sheilds (Darien), and mother of Chibi Moon (Rini). As the central character, Serena goes through many changes. When we first meet her she is a normal teenager who likes to have fun, play video-games, and hang out with her friends. She is slightly absentminded, always late, and doesn't enjoy school very much. But, she grows stronger with the help of the other Senshi, and becomes a better person. Serena's history is full of adventure. As Princess Serena, heir to the Moon Kingdom, she falls in love with Prince Endymion of Earth. When the Queen Beryl and the Negaverse attacks the Moon, Prince Endymion joins the Moon in an effort to fight Queen Beryl.The Sailor Scouts and the Moon's army try to defend the Moon, but they die without success. Everthing on the Moon is destroyed. Queen Serenity sacrifices her life to save her daughter, her faithful scouts, and the people of the Moon. Using the Silver Imperium Crystal and the Crescent Moon Wand, she holds back the Negaverse and sends her loved ones one thousand years into the future to be reborn on Earth, with no memory of their past. Once Serena is awakened by Luna, her peaceful existence with her new family (Tsukino Kenji, Tsukino Ikuko, and Tsukino Shingo) is disrupted. She meets up with the other scouts, Ami, Rei, Lita, and Mina. With Darien, as Tuxedo Mask, Serena and the Scouts continue to battle against the Negaverse. Serena is soon revealed as the Moon Princess, detined to be Queen of the Moon and Mamoru's wife. Queen Beryl kidnaps Darien and tries to turn him over to the evil Negaverse. Serena eventually heals him and destroys Queen Beryl, they are reunited and very much in love. Rini, quite literally, falls from the sky into Serena's life. With her continuous search for the Silver Crystal, she creates a few problems for Serena. Darien is being tested, with nightmares and premonitions of Serena dying if he stays with her. So they break up for a little while. But, he can't hold back his love forever, and they make up. The Scouts, along with Tuxedo Mask, go to the future to save Rini's mother, Neo-Queen Serenity- who, they discover, is really Serena. The Negamoon is defeated, Neo-Queen Serenity is saved, and Rini goes back to Crystal Tokyo. Queen Neherenia, of the Black Moon, is the next trial for Serena. Rini comes back to the past to be trained as a Sailor Scout. The Queen captures Darien and he is filled with evil energy. Serena is forced to walk through a blizzard in her school uniform, walk through thorns, and get blasted repeatedly. Serena heals both Darien and the Queen. Rini goes, once again, back to Crystal Tokyo. Darien goes to college in the United States, leaving Serena a promise ring. The Three Lights start going to Serena's school. One of them, Seiya, falls in love with Serena. Serena writes letters to Darien every day, but never gets a reply. Sailor Galaxia, the Golden Senshi, stopped Darien's plane and defeated him. Galaxia also kills all the Senshi, except for Serena and the Starlights. Serena heals Galaxia and Darien and all of the Senshi are brought back. |
