Name: Goku
Family: Father = Burdock, Wife = Chi Chi, Son = Gohon, Goten, Brother = Raditz
Info: Goku is the main character of Dragon Ball Series. The series basically revolves around his adventures from a child to a man. He was only an infant when he was sent from the Saiyan planet to destroy earth. His Saiyan name is Kakarot. His father was Burdock. Gokou was found by Granfather Gohan on Mount Paozu. Gokou had banged his head on a rock and forgot his saiyan mission to destroy earth. Grandfather Gohan trained Goku in the martial arts. He later left him a dragon ball when he died. The series begins when Goku is out hunting and runs into Bulma. Throughout the series he trains under Master Roshi, King Kai, Kami, and Kaiou. He later discovers how to use his Saiyan powers. Goku can naturally change to Super Goku Level 4. He is considered the true Saiyan which only appears every 1000 years. Goku fused with Vegeta to form Vegetto and Gojita. Gokou sacrifices himself several times fighting Radditz and Cell to save earth. Later in the series when Gokou is older he marries Chi-Chi a childhood friend and they have Gohan and Goten. Goku is also known for his more gentle nature and his extreme apitite!

Name: Piccolo
Family: Father = Daimao
Info: The evil son of Daimao. Piccolo was once imprisoned by Master Roshi's master Mutaito-sama but was released by Pilaf. He originally wanted the dragon balls to regain his youth. Piccolo entered the Tenkaichi Boudoukai tournament against Goku to avenge his father but was defeated. Years later he allies and trains with Goku against Nappa and Vegeta. He grows a fondness for Gohan and trains him. Piccolo was killed by Nappa but was brought back to life with the dragon balls. Later he fuses permanently with Kami and Nail. He is killed again when the earth exploded in the Baby series. Piccolo later causes some trouble in Heaven and returns to earth in Dragonball GT.

Name: Vegeta
Family: Father = King Vegita, Wife = Bulma, Son = Trunks
Info: Born on the planet bearing his own name, Vegeta has the bloodline to become a super-elite Saiyajin. A henchman of Freeza, he is regarded as one of the greatest fighters in the universe. Along with Goku, Radditz, and Nappa, Vegeta is one of the only Saiyajins to survive the destruction of their homeworld. He is extremely jealous of Goku's superior fighting ability, and actually helps him from time to time so that he still has someone to compete with. Vegeta craves nothing more then ultimate power until the very end of DBZ

Name: Trunks
Family: Father = Vegita, Mother = Bulma
Info: Trunks is the first child of Vegeta and Bulma. There are two Trunks in the DB universe; "Future Trunks" comes from a parallel universe 14 years in the future where evil androids rule the Earth. He goes back in time after the death of Freeza to prepare the Z warriors for the androids' arrival. So as not to prevent his own birth, he tells no one of his heritage, except Goku. "Chibi Trunks" is born a little before Future Trunks returns to his own time. He likes to hang out with Goten and they are very good friends. When he and Goten are together, Trunks has a tendency to get them in trouble. Trunks is also sad that he does not have a brother like Goten does (Gohan). Trunks has purple hair and displays extreme levels of power, Trunks reached Super Saiyajin when he was eight. Despite Trunks' ability to get Goten and himself in trouble, he means well.

Name: Gohon
Family: Father = Goku, Mother = Chi Chi, Brother = Goten
Info: Son of Goku, he is initially trained by Piccolo after the battle with Radditz. He looks up to Piccolo for being such a great fighter, and trys to immitate him by wearing similar clothes. He has the potential to become the most powerful being in the universe, yet since he cannot always fully utilize his strength, he can be defeated. Gohan is the first Saiyajin to go SSJ2, but after the Cell saga he spends little time training and focuses on his studies.

Name: Goten
Family: Father = Goku, Mother = Chi Chi, Brother = Gohon
Info: Goten is the second son of Goku and Chi-Chi. He and Trunks spend most of their time together, and are very good friends. Goten exhibited high power when he went Super Saiyajin at the age of seven. He bears a very strong resemblance of Goku; and wears a miniture version of Goku's karate Gi. Goten is usually happy, but has a habit for throwing tantrums to get something he wants.

Name: Frieza
Family: Father = King Cold, Brother = Coola
Info: Frieza is a powerful being who went around the universe conquering planets with the help of Saiyan mercenaries and other aliens he trained. He's responsible for destroying Vegeta's planet. Having knowledge of the dragon balls he wanted to wish for imortality. Frieza and his band mercenaries go to planet Namek to see the dragon balls. He ends up blowing up Namek, but is defeated by Goku in the end. Later his body parts are found floating in space by his father King Cold and was rebuilt into a robot form. Frieza is killed again by Future Trunks. In Hell he allies with Cell but is defeated by Goku and Paiku-han. He tries again in Dragon Ball GT but is again defeated by Goku.

Name: Brolli
Family:
Info: A Saiyan who was born on the same day as Goku. He seemed to have a natural hatred towards Goku. He was sentanced to be executed by Vegeta who feared Broli's potential power, but somehow he survived. Many years later Broli meets up with Goku and defeats most of the Dragon Ball team but is later subdued by Goku.

Name: Cell
Family:
Info: Cell is a very powerful villian from DBZ, and is even more powerful than Goku in his best health. Originally a creation of Dr. Gero's, he was assembled using the DNA from the best fighters in the universe. The project was taking too long, and Gero abandoned the project. However, Dr. Gero's computer remained working on the project, even after his death. In order to become Perfect Cell, he needs to absorb Androids number 17 and 18. Cell likes to fight, he even encourages Goku to eat Senzu beans so they could continue to battle.

Name: Radditz
Family: Brother = Goku
Info: Goku's older evil brother who came to earth searching for him to return to the Saiyans. He is disappointed when he finds out that Goku is good and does not want to return. Radditz is later killed by Piccolo.

Name: Krillin
Family: Wife = #18, Daughter = Marron
Info: Krillin is the second most powerful human on Earth, although his abilities are still dwarfed by Goku and Gohan. He was once Goku's rival when they were young, but they later became best friends. A Buddhist monk, he shaves his head by choice. (#18 convinces him to grow some hair later in the series though) Krillin is willing to sacrifice his life for Earth, and whenever possible he is at Goku's side.

Name: Tien
Family:
Info: Three-eyed martial arts expert and former student of Tsuru-Sennin. He's always accompanied by his friend Chao-Zu. They abandoned their master Tsuru Sennin when they found out he was evil. In the beginning they both work as con artists, going to towns unleashing monsters and asking for money to chase them away. Tien entered the Tenkai-ichi Budoukai tournament against Goku. He later joins the Z-team.

Name: Chaozu
Family:
Info: Chaotzu is the little white doll looking friend of Tien. Orignally the emperor of Mifan. He studied under the teaching of Tsurusennin. He has very strong telekentic powers. He also has the ability fly and was one of the first Dragon Ball characters able to fly. Chaotzu is a good figher but sucks at math which cost him during his battle with Krillan at the Teknkaichi Bodoukai tournament. He and Tien later joins the Z team and plays a very important role throughout the series. Chaotzu dies a lot and is brought back throughout the series just as much as Krillan is.

Name: Yamcha
Family:
Info:Yamcha is first introduced as a desert bandit that robs people as they pass through his wasteland abode. When he comes upon Goku and friends, he finds out about the Dragonballs and tags along so he can make a wish. (He gets very nervous around girls) However, he gets used to Bulma on their journeys, and loses his fear of women. He and Bulma are together for most of Dragonball and half of DBZ. Yamcha does not train much after the encounter with the Saiyajins, yet remains capable fighter.

Name: Master Roshi
Family:
Info: Master Roshi is the famous Turtle Hermit who lives in a condo on island with his turtle friend. A 300 year old, very wise and powerful martial artist who is has frequent nose bleeds. He trains Gokou early in the series and teaches him the Kamehame-ha fireball technique. He's the past master of the Tenkai-ichi Budoukai also known as "the greatest fighter on earth". In each tournament he disguises himself as a fighter named Jackie Chun. Besides being a wise and powerful martial artist he also is a big pervert who always looks at porno magazines.

Name: Nappa
Family:
Info: Vegeta's partner who accompanied him to earth to find the dragon balls so that they could become immortal. He kills Chaotzu, Yamcha, and Piccolo. Nappa is betrayed by Vegeta after Goku beats the crap out of him. He is killed again later in Dragonball GT after escaping Hell with Dr. Gero and Dr. Myuu

Name: Buu
Family:
Info: Buu is a demon created 300 years ago by the dark mage Bibidi. He is a creature of pure evil and who's only goal is killing. The 5 overgods of the universe (Kaioshins) attempted to destroy him and some what succeded. After 3 Kaiohshin died, the leader uses the Potara Fusion earrings to become a permanent part of him, this made the creature known as Buubuu. The remaining Kaioshin send the demon towards a certain random planet. 300 years later Babidi son of Bibidi revives Buu, giving the Z warriors a tough time.

Name: Captian Ginyu
Family:
Info: Captian Ginyu is the leader of the ginyu force, He is also the strongest of the five. He is later turned into a frog by Goku while trying to operate his body change!

Name: Recoom
Family:
Info: Recoom is the bone head of the ginyu force. He is the second strongest but lacks the head smarts. Goku kills him with one blow after recoom beats the crap out of krillin gohon and vegita!

Name: Goldo
Family:
Info: Goldo is the smallest of the ginyu force, His power level is relitivly low but he makes it all up with his ability to freeze time and stop opponents from moving, He also likes to carve treese into stakes that he drives through his opponents, He is later killed by Vegita

Name: Jeice
Family
Info: Jaes if the red guy in the ginyu force, He wusses out when Goku fights Berder and Jaes. He runs to captian Ginyu, He is later killed by Vegita.

Name: Berder
Family:
Info: Berder is the extremly quik member of the ginyu force, He is also the tallest. He easily falls to Goku.

Name: Zarbon
Family:
Info:Zarbon is Freeza's right hand man. He is somewhat of a flamboyant pretty-boy, but has the power to back it up. He's extremely powerful, and when he is outmatched, he has the ability to transform into a huge, brutally strong monster.

Info: Dodoria is one of Freeza's bodyguard warriors. Dodoria is a huge pink fighter who shows absolutely no mercy to those weaker than him. Although he is fairly strong for the time he is around, he is no match for Vegeta. He also tends to only pick on people weaker than him, such as Dende, and the other Nameks

Name: King Cai
Family:
Info: God of the galaxy where Earth resides, Lord Kaio lives at the end of Snake Way on a tiny planet with tremendous gravity. Always confusing the Z warriors with his puns, he's an excellent martial arts teacher (Although his methods are rather odd). He lives with his pet monkey Baburusu and pupil Guregori. Using his antenae he is able to locate and communicate with others from a great distance, and often gives the Z warriors helpful advice
