PLOT
Elliot Carver, a very powerful media baron, owns his own global cable network which, consists of newspapers, magazines, cable T.V., and satellites. He plans to increase ratings for his network by initiating a war between Britain and China.
Bond is sent to investigate a link between the sinking of a British naval ship and Elliot Carver, who's own newspaper had the news of the British ship sinking as it happened.
