| For everyone that wasn't at Mr Lavers' funeral, this is what Josh read out: Dear Mr Lavers, During my 3 and a bit years at Melrose High there have been 4 words that I've never gotten tired of hearing: "We've got Mr Lavers!" Those 4 words always filled me with happiness because I knew that there's never a dull moment when you're around. You always make everyone in the class feel more comfortable. Whether it's with your delightful sense of humour and your ability to tell witty jokes or maybe it's just the fact that you're such a kind and caring person - I'd say a bit of both. I can remember the first time that I had you and I couldn't believe that a teacher could be so open and friendly. I hope this card fills you with pride because it's a credit to who you are and I wouldn't be saying all these things unless they were true.
