| Welcome to the Costa Rica International Libertarian Network! Costa Rica is the first nation in the world to elect a Libertarian to national office. This landmark in the history of libertarianism is hope for the world at large! Otto Guevara is the leader of Movemiento Libertarios and has been elected to be one of 57 Deputies in San Jose'. The goal of the CRILN will be to facilitate communication between Costa Rican Libertarians and other Central American Libertarians as well as the rest of Latin America. We at the International Libertarian Network are honored that the Movimiento Libertario has offered to participate in ILN. Costa Rica will be the first country to have a national coordinator outside of the United States.
