| The plant spin is very easy. The plant spin is used to freestyle dance and it is also used to build up power in battles. The plant spin is simple all you have to do is: (This is a righty example) 1. Stand straight up with your feet spread apart. 2. Shift your weight to your right foot and plant your foot. 3. Then you use your other foot to help you push of so you get a good spin on your pivot.(Make sure both feet stay on the ground) Be careful with this move because if you don't do it right you can twist your ankle or even break your ankle.
